The error at step 3 code happens too much. Three times in two months. Makes an easy job hard because you must retake all pictures by memory and wait to you get to a PC so you can upload photos to website. It's a delay that needs to be fixed. Please update this app too fix error at step 3 bug.
For the most part the app is simple and flows well but if my screen rotates while I am typing in v.i.n. or written discription of the damage , everything I had typed is deleted and I must start over
I've used this in 3 assignments and have had problems every time (e.g., will not submit images).
It's glitchy but it's all you've got. Go slow. Good luck!

They charge you $6 for a background check. Why do I need a background check to drive my own vehicle somewhere and take pictures with my own camera? Are you seriously afraid that I will steal a wrecked car even tho you have all of my information?
Company is out of business and still owes me for work performed. Stay away.
App crashes way too much and states error at step3 please try again later. Unable to upload job picks and requires uninstall and reinstall almost weekly.. P.I.T.A.
I can't login. It keeps saying invalid username and password.
Gets the job done fast so I can move on to the next assignment.
App seems like it submits job then job reappears as if it has never been submitted. Lo and behold email appears that requests upload of photos. Called support, and they said flash in photo made vin unreadable. Why can't app notify of that?! Job reappeared with all photos required. When I asked why all photos had to be taken again was told to only take vin under windshield photo. Then 2 hours later I get a 5 out of 5 review and job has disappeared from app again. What??!! Communication is horrible.

Will not allow me to take pictures with app.
I love the app with 3 exceptions: 1. I would like to open it without having to sign in every time I open it, 2. I would love the photo session to flow better (ex: all interior photos done while inside the vehicle instead of in the car, out of the car, in the car again- it's a pain getting in and out of the back seat), 3. I get at least 2 "error" messages every time I submit my report so I have to log into the website to see if everything uploaded or call support to see if they can see my photos.
I love this app when I have internet. I go in the hills of WV and have no service. Otherwise the app itself is wonderful. Makes my job easy peasy!
Its quicker than using a camera and transferring to a computer.

It says I am an unauthorized user. I called for support. They were of no help.
Does not save the photo and move on to the next. Wonderful, since Onsource will begin giving preference to those who use the app this month.

I have used this app and it has served me well. There were few odds and ends that did not work correct at first. One main reason two hotels next to each other that use wifi could confuse the upload. But overall its a great App.
The app makes the inspection so easy and quick. I love it.
I appreciate the convenience of a mobile app -- it's easier & more efficient than uploading image files from a camera. Often, the app crashes near the end of uploading 30+ photos & I have to start over. Its annoying & a waste of time. An older version allowed different templates for different types of inspections (vehicle vs building). Current version is always set to vehicle inspection -- that's great until you get a different type of assignment...then what??
