password reset attempts goes nowhere. It sends email. Upon clicking the link, there are two options one is the website which asks to go back and the other is through this app, and the app is not developed to recognize the incoming links.
Don't bother using this app if you are an international student. As at today IT IS FOR DOMESTIC STUDENTS ONLY. Your payment will go through but the application will be cancelled and your money will not be refunded - MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN, SO DON'T GET RIPPED OFF LIKE ME. ****** UPDATE: I was later contacted and refunded. I am grateful. Advice: If you are an INTERNATIONAL applicant, verify you can now use the app BEFORE proceeding. Apart from that, the app worked fine, hence my increased rating.
Uninstalling, horrible, unprofessionally designed I already have an account and i can access my account on the website but when i try to access from this app it says incorrect username or password. It's been like this for months now
Would be much more useful if the app had the options the website does. The app seems to be for information purposes for the most part, it's simply taking up valuable space.
it's sad I read this info late because I too had payed through this app, and just to realize it's only for domestic students , waited for months for someone to contact me but no one did.
i have a account on the website on my computer and im never home so i downloaded the app and Everytime i tried to sign in its keeps on saying this email has no account I HAVE A ACCOUNT ON THE WEBSITE ITS VERY STRESSFUL CAUSE I NEED TO CHECK ON MY OFFERS
It is easy to apply and to pay for the courses. Best way to search for colleges and the course(s) that you want to go for.
App is only for main account. Does not allow the authorized user access similar to website. Waste of my time

Can't even sign in on this app.. I've made two accounts. This is so dumb.
Never works . Had to make multiple accounts. 4 years later still nothing from customer support. Still can't go to school .
If you forget your password ur screwed cause the website has moved but if u use app it sends you to play store so you can't recover

I could not register using app, therefore I register in website then actived my accounte then it let me to sign in

Hello, please can international students from Nigeria apply through this app.
Very useful and fast
As a potential international student, I couldn't log in after my first log in. It appears this app is for domestic applicants only. That's fine, I guess it just wasn't clear to me from the app description or website. Based on my first log in, the interface was very good, especially the ability to search for programs, view their availability and if they are highly competitive. Appreciate it if you can make the app accessible to international students as well.
