Used the app for about a year. The service is excellent, and though not the cheapest one - the cashback feature more than compensates for this. However they silently stopped supporting my mobile carrier, so couldn't connect my account on a new phone - verification SMS does not arrive, and no reply from the support for more than a week. As it is pretty much useless without registration - ultimately had to switch to another taxi service. Thanks for the ride, but minus two stars for this.
The app works fine; however out of the dozen or so times I used it, the app once charged me for a trip that didn't happen (no cars were available), and once double-charged me for a trip. The customer service was worthless (the lady told me she couldn't help me and hung up). If you do decide to use this service (trips are oftentimes cheaper than Uber), use cash instead of a card. Peace!
Still advertising about referral program and getting discount for the first ride. But they don't offer it anymore. Simply they are liars. Don't use it at all!
I love this app, but currently I cannot upload any files (support attachments, profile image) on my Samsung A51 (Android 11) I will change my rate back to 5 when I will be able to upload profile image
Best taxi service in Ukraine. Reliable fast and you can pay cash. Available even in smaller cities.
It becomes very hard to order a taxi. Price is always high and lots of cars around, but no one wants to take your order. Also requirements for the cars become lower. Car which were before in econom class can drive to you in standard or even in comfort.
After recent update it somehow bypasses lock screen. I'm not sure if it is security breach, but from UX standpoint it is just awful. I think I just completed my order using nothing but my pocket and I didn't even got to car yet. I assume you tried to fix the quality of translations, but you only made it worse. And some buttons are in russian now for absolutely no reason. I have only put 2 start because I used to like it very much. It should be one star. Ruined my day. P.S. Device is Pixel 4
This application is best for tourists. It uses the all taxi pool in the city. And you can request the type of the car according to your needs. Never crashes, no spams, no advertisements. Good job
Fix was provided very quickly! The app didn't work after update, saying that there is no Internet connection. Apart from this, it is the best taxi app ever.
The app OK. Recently I have waited for 10 minutes for car to arrive and then after extra 5 minutes "car is delayed" time it just told me that "the car wasn't found". That's it. 15 minutes wasted. Be careful if you are in a hurry to an airport or something.
If a driver arrives and he cancels the ride, it counts as if you were the one who canceled it. Today I ordered a taxi and the driver arrived at a different adress, didn't want to come to me, so when I canceled I got a decrease in my rating, how is this a problem with me, he made me cancel.
There is no answer from the support. To all concerned. Please send me the data that created my score as a passenger. I would like to review the content and appeal accordingly. This is an option that should be open to any customer. Thank you!
Used this service for about 4 years, at first everything was ok. But probably in last year or near, they changed rules - take away my bonuses for previous years ~400-500 hrn, and order a car is a pain. Switched to another service with more nice prices.
The best taxi service in Ukraine. It's a bit more expensive than uber and bolt. However, cabs are always clean and have working! seatbelts. If you value your safety, use a seatbelt

Driver calls me after me rating the trip as 4 stars and starts arguing with me. I try to contact online support and they just decline calls consistently. That's outrageous!
Easy to use. Pretty fast finding cars. Cars are clean and comfortable. Drivers are polite and attentive.
Not really easy to find registration and add card to use it for payments, but in total - nice app.
The lowest prices in Kharkiv at the moment. And usually there are a lot of cars available in any price segment. Very recommended !

I been using OnTaxi for two years now it was good and now it's very bad the prices high and you can never find a car it take more the 30 minutes it better to us other apps
Best on market in Kharkiv, Ukraine. I'm under impression though that previous default payment card needs to be deleted before you can set a new default one. Gladly would update my assesment to 5-stars when this issue is resolved.

After Update, don't show where the car, when you are waiting it. And don't show where the car located in the road.( После обновления не показывает где машина, когда ты ждёшь её и не показывает где машина на маршруте)

Your app makes the 8.2km route from my home to the airport 13.6km!!! forcing me to make an "obligatory city tour", adding more than 5 unnecessary kilometers!! I wish i was able to put a screenshot here, so you would understand how stupid it looks. Taxi drivers of the past are gone, now that's online?? Just imagine map of Ukraine. Let's say you will drive from Odessa to Kiev. Do you go directly to Kiev, or do you make Odessa-Lviv-Kiev???? You put people in stupid position. I'm not using!
