I am writing this as of Feb 7, 2022. While most of the app works. The Reports sections is now not working, as the Javascript Assets are no longer on the website. As such the reports generate, but then fail to generate graphs and the History. The data is there in the HTML, but without the Javascript to support it, the reports are not usable. Best cast since the Scripts are small, would be the restoration of the Javascripts, as LEGACY content, so users can continue using this APP, even if it is unsupported and un-updated going forward. Please Fix this. I reply on the Reports to forward to my Doctor.
Have been using this for about 5 years now. Very useful. Latest update now attempts to use my two Google accounts to pre fill the amounts by popping up a tool tip with both account names whenever I highlight a box. This is pretty annoying and should never be part of the process.
Does not work with my Galaxy Note 9 at all. Data won't display app crashes 99% of the time. Backups won't load. I Uninstaller and reinstalled from Google Playstore, but app just will not work.
i love this app!! i've used it for years and it has been great. but....last week i had to get a new phone. installed OnTrack and it worked fine. Today it says that the app is not compatible with my new phone (Samsung).
I've had this app for a few years and it was perfect for me. However I had to buy a new phone and reinstall the app -- it took me 2 days to find it again on Google Play, even when I searched by name. Check that out!
Can't ajust time. Tried to contact developer, with no response. Received an automated response. Nothing to do with the problem.
Until now the best app..I have seen so many apps none of them can match Ontrack.. simple and useful

Wish I never updated. This version is useless to me. The old version was perfect as it was. I used it for years & it was so easy use. Even my Dr liked it. Sadly, this is so awful, I will be looking for another app.

Have used this latest update for a few days now. I have trouble seeing the tiny print, the closeness if the entry fields. I must confirm every action I take. What use to take me about 30 seconds to enter now takes me over a minute to complete. Graphs are absolutely worthless. If I could go back to the older version I would.
IF YOU ARE ALREADY USING IT, DO NOT LET THIS THING UPGRADE ON YOUR DEVICE WITHOUT MAKING SURE THEY'VE FIXED THE MULTIPLE ISSUES. I've been using OnTrack Diabetes for a few years now and have always been satisfied with it. The update I installed this morning (2017-10-05) is a disaster. The user interface is slow and unintuitive, and it appears to have trashed my data from former versions. I've beta-tested packages that were more market ready than this thing.
The previous version was much better. I have emailed support twice about the problems with it not computing daily averages (not reading day and time correctly) right and received no response. The problem appears to be getting worse, not better. Now I am concerned about how accurate it will be when with the rest of the calculations.
The update today makes it almost impossible to use. The print is so light I can barely read on my phone screen. And everything has moved around so it will take a steep learning curve to figure out how it works. The thing I liked about the previous version is how easy it was to use even when you had a low sugar and had physical issues related to that. I don't think I can use this app anymore and that makes me sad because it used to be awesome. :(
This App used to be one of the best Android Apps ever,but the last update has made it the worst (and there are are some pretty bad ones)! The old version worked very well, was easy to use, and provided useful charts and reports that I could use to manage my health. Now it is useless! Just tried to share my data as both a table and a .csv. file. I will uninstalling this App. Worst case, I will only lose a little data.
After using this application for several years I experienced the same surprise and disappointment expressed by many others with the disastrous update this fall. I kept hoping that the application would revert to its prior form or that the promised fixes would arrive. Unfortunately the features that made this application useful appear to be permanently lost.
Good for keeping a basic record of glucose levels and seeing what your average is. other apps looked too complicated for me, as I dont carb count. However, the app likes to take off the decimal point from my readings. So I'll put in, for example, 12.7, and when I go back to look at the reading, it will read as 12. this is incredibly annoying, as obviously my reading was closer to 13. if it has to round ( which i would really rather it didn't), then it should at least round correctly.
