Using Onyahbike is so easy. Just follow these 3 steps
Open the Onyahbike app and find a bike nearby on the map.
Tap on one of the Bikes to find directions to it. You have the option reserve it for up to 15 minutes, making sure it will be there waiting for you.
Once you locate your Onyahbike, you can either unlock it by entering the Bike ID number written on the side OR to scan a QR code that you will find on a sticker on the lock or over the center of the handlebar.
The bike will unlock and you’ll be ready to enjoy the ride! Life is so good on a bike! Yay Please take care and be safe.
Once you’re done using the Bike, Please park at a suitable place. Close the Bike back by sliding the lock (together with Helmet). Your trip details will pop up immediately for you to check out some useful info recorded.

Complete scam. Somehow signed me up for a subscription I never asked for and used. Still took payment for 3 months, 2 months after I made certain it was cancelled. Also charged my gf twice for one transaction. This business is scummy and underhanded. Complaint has been raised with the ACCC. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
No customer service. Automatic fees and slow or non existent refunds. Only one gear on bikes, which is fine downhill or flat, but they're terrible on even a slight uphill. Use another if possible
Australia. App keeps stopping even after uninstall and reinstall. No other app has this problem. Meanwhile the Google Maps app is working perfectly, so that's not the problem
How do I cancel my subscription? I only wanted to try for a day. Can I refund my plan? Also found it very hard to lock and couldn't see my trip. No option to cancel subscription in the app.
No customer support. Error on app. Couldn't unlock a bike. Took my money and I can't contact them to get it back. Bikes apparently aren't even electric. I'll try again in 6 months to see if they get their act together.
Can't authenticate ro use app. Have no idea how to contact customer service. This renders the whole service useless unfortunately. I tried text and voice service to authenticate and neither worked. A real Shame
Couldn't even check if bike worked had to top up first - then couldn't locate any other bikes even after following the map. Now I'm trying to get my $10 back :(
90% of the bikes are not working. It's a stupid app. That's the why most of the bikes is good only to be house for spiders
Could not add payment when trying to use in Europe. Publisher playstore restrictions prevented download of local European app whilst visiting from overseas.
Constant connection error. If the service is offline now because of the rona, please just say so.
App fails to send verification code. Trial ride did not work as bike didn't unlock.

Useless app, broken for month, I don't receive any text to validate my number
Is there zero? The worst ever, parked it in a permitted zone but though it was in red zone. Paid 30 and nothing happened, ruined a beautiful day for me and no one responds to emails at al. AVOID!
After I parked bike on bike racks in Baranggaro Sydney / next to another bike of same company I get fine 30 $ charged directly from my Bank. I reParking bike to blue line - NO any parking for bike I just parked where was another bike. - I get return to my BIKE wallet in APP ( not to my bank !!) Next day I got bike and parked on same place where I reParking bike last day I GET FINE again 30 $ - NOT options to Cancel account !! - charging money direct from Bank not from bike Wallet.
It wants me to pay extra even after 29 dollars monthly don't get ripped off

This company stopped providing bike sharing to the Gold Coast in mid 2019, at which point their app stopped working, so I was unable to cancel my account. Since then I've tried to contact them, but the only way to do that is via email. They have no phone number to call and their live chat doesn't work. They've renamed the app "Onyahbike", but fixed none of the problems. Still can't log in to the app, still can't cancel my account. Don't be suckered into using this bikeshare, it's a total rort.
