Oredoo money application is really convenient to transfer money from Qatar to my home country. it's really quick for fund transfer. I like the application and also it's having different exchange rates from some other money exchanges. you can choose the exchange type to transfer your money.
This not a reliable ecash. theres a limit transactions which only limit your transactions. this not very good condition especially if it comes down to emergencies to your home country. not using it again
Before it's good to use...I don't why they take charge for voucher when I withdrew money now they charge 3qr..... transfer fee also increase...give some good experience not bad experience to take charge for voucher for withdrawal my money
ooredoo money app transfer limit is 10k only. for each transaction we have to spend 18 riyal. the highest rate is provided by money gram.and once after transferring first 10k, the rate of money gram gets reduced.some complications..hahha
Always i face issue with longing.when i try to login there is no code send by the app or operator. after 1/2 h later i get code but there is no Option to use this code.so result is you can't login.Very bad app management.
Is this app only for Ooredoo customers only...I tried from vodafone number. Error message as nukber invalid... previously when I used Ooredoo services it worked fine but ever since I migratted to vodafone can't even sign in.
it's time saving especially when your in a state of emergency, grab your phone and do the need full. thank me later

Am not receiving correct update of Currency exchange Rate. My friend exchange Rate is higher than me. Whiles we are from the same Country. Please 🙏 Kindly do the needful.
A very unreliable app. Cannot send OTP even after so many retrys. Just adding money receipients is a problem?
Gulf exchange show in the apps when customers send money to friend and family then money will instant credit to receiver account. But it’s only for indian customers. Not for all country.
i really enjoy using oredoo money,no waste my time to go in exchage center to sent money,very fast transaction and rate is more high than the other exchage money.thank you oredoo money.
There is no choice of credit card ...u will go to the shop recharge then sent its...if there is option of credit and debit card its will Good
service is very good if deployment international services for receiving and sending option like other wallet.
I actually love using this app as it is very fast and reliable BUT SADLY TODAY, IT TOOK TIME TO SEND THE OTP AND I URGENTLY NEED TO SEND MONEY. WHAT HAD HAPPENED ooredoo?
Most useless and most unreliable app. You send money using this app it might go through or the transaction might hang in between money gram and ooredoo and non of them are willing to take responsibility for the delay caused. The delay might take more than a week if you don't disturb them alot. Their exchange rate is always lower than the other forex beurau. And I don't get why you force workers to have your debit cards, I mean they are useless they don't work online. Even the virtual card useles
Very bad customer service. Lost my amount and told me to wait for 40 days for refund!! You took my money and telling me to wait for 40 days!! Ridiculous!! And after this 40 days still not refunded my amount.

It's easy to send money but when I send money through moneygram and I got receipt I can't save it on my phone It's showing your receipt is download there/there/there in your internal storage but when I chek in my device there is nothing It's mean receipt is not download so I have to take screenshot and they provide very low quality receipt when I screenshot it I can't even read it then when I send it through messenger the quality will be dropped and now details in receipt is unreadable!!
Useless Online banking. Worst customer service they are I've emailed so many times and they're not even doing anything about my issue. It's been more than a month now still nothing. 👎👎
Code number showing late & now it’s show invalid verification code. What i do. This app is very Complicated.

Very convenient. As long as you have entered or give correct details you will not having a problem at all. I've experienced on resending my remittance due to some correction, just a proper coordination with customer serv rep they will rectify everything.
