Be careful if you want to switch your existing plan to a new one! I was told that the system would cancel out your existing plan if you switch to another plan, but this was not the case. I wanted to upgrade my existing plan to a higher one from next month as I will start some online courses. Instead of switching the monthly plan at the end of its cycle, it added the new plan on top of the existing one! I immediately requested their call centre agent to cancel the new plan to no avail.
Instead of giving application updates, please update your network. (Duqm-Oman). Nothing related to internet work without buffering (including web page). Shame on you.
I have never seen a worse application than this. I had an open issue afterward, and then the recharge issues started. It's Possible To Put Zero Star.
Worst , the worst app I ever downloaded, every time I purchase recharge by credit card , at the moment cuts from my account but then it shows there is some error , one time deducted from my account but the app gets me message that I don't have enough credit, but cutted from my bank account . I hope they fix these issues fast
I activated 07 OMR plan but received bill amount invoice more than 11 & 14 OMR, once I asked to customer care, Customer care has been replied to me service activated, but actually I didn't activated any service. Overall very bad service of Ooredoo...
I can not change my endless shahry plan through the app at all. I tried to chat with a staff, but it shows nothing at all. The app keeps crashing and stopping most of the time.
Really bad app,such a famous and big company must improve a lot. Already there are other new telecom companies are in the field. after the payment not able to get invoices also though email address provided, never got any proof of payment.
It is friendly user. App, easy and simple to find out your basic needs.

It had been functioning quite nicely, but since the last one month i am not able to recharge from the app. It is not redirecting to the payment interface.

This app is very user friendly and easy to operate. nice options are provided by the Ooredoo
Easy to use. But sometimes the app log out itself out and I have to wait for a few hours to log in again because it keeps saying there is an error. This rarely happens, maybe once a month so it doesn't bother me too much. Another issue is that the app will mention that I have a few Gigabytes of data left but then I receive a text message saying that I ran out of data which confuses me. I usually just follow the app until I ran out of data mentioned there.
The app is designed well but in terms of the user experience it is not practical at all the whole point of having apps like these is to decrease the amount of time we spend to accomplish a task and so far using this app the only thing I feel is frustrated. Login to my account is a nightmare even after I login it is really slow and most of the time it crashes. I hope that in future updates you would look into these issues.
Everything is excellent, but there are mistakes, like to transferring credit card vouchers to others, needs to send it like a gift, and we need to pay extra credit for sending. Other people they're using bank apps to transfer credit cards, it looks like we are sending money not a credit voucher. Other than that it's looks easy from banking accounts, but we have to add a content account. "We like to learn from others who have more knowledge like us and others".
This app has many user friendly features and offer lot of convenience to the users. Higly recommended.
Hi Team, My Ooredoo Oman app is not updating. Even I have update my balance but it is still showing 0.00. . The issue got fixed after a day automatically and app displays my balance.
It good app but can you add recharge via voucher card please because not all are having credit and debit card for recharge And also the issue about international call can you add at least 15 minutes for Tanzania as same as Kenya since both are East African countries because for Kenya you offer 15 minutes for 1 rial plus vat but for Tanzania you offer 10 minutes for 1 rial plus vat๐ญ๐
Ooreedo app is not working it's showing "we couldn't connect to our servers" for the last 3 days , I contacted customer care for several times but nothing has changed.
Over half of the online transactions unsuccessful. You do try to recharge or add a plan online, and it doesn't work at all most of the time. And its very had to get in touch with their live agents who mostly have no idea to help u out with. Ooredoo has always tried to deduct the amount and later say "that option is now unavailable " . But I will give a 4 star for their options to check the amount of talk time and data left to use.
Id like to remove the single star rating i gave, hands down being a customer for more than 10yrs, pathetic services, the app developers need to go back to school, going to port out of ooredoo asap
Wish I could give zero stars. Subscribed for the 25 OMR bundle and my first bill was 105 OMR. Total scam.

A very useful app for ooredoo sim users. I can buy my new sim easily.
Very bad. NOT even one star. Not able to recharge from the app. Always showing web page expired. Tried from multiple mobile. even in a new mobile same problem is coming. So it's the problem with the app. Because of this I credited 9 OMR in multiple transactions through ONEIC app. I recieved successful credit from both Oreedoo and ONEIC app. But now the balance is not shown in Oreedoo app. I have raised a complaint through feedback mechanism in app, but no response yet.
