I bought a prepaid 100 qar worth. I have not used the phone for any calls, nor do I have any subscription that merits a 100 qar worth to disappear in less than 5 hours. I hardly used my data at all. I called customer service but they were not helpful at all. They'll give you the run around and not give you an answer. Explanation for anything is very vague and the person on the other line can't even explain the difference on their product or what it consists of. Problem was not resolved.
Every time I login to the app I receive an email and an SMS. I was told the SMS could not be switched of as it was a security feature. This is not nice at all if you are abroad paying for the roaming. Sometimes the app is not starting nicely and no data is shown. One has to login later and hope it is ok.
The app always crashed when selecting the offers posted by sms. As soon as I open the open it hangs. It's happened almost every time without fail.
The app is not working properly, and I got charged twice for something, which is not my fault, and now, every time I'm trying to subscribe to international calling, the app won't work and honestly I'll change to Vodafone hopefully it will be better service despite the unfair rates and packages between me and my colleagues 20 Qr different between 2 phones for the same package, come on
Every time I should activate finger print log in. Now it's not possible even to activate. I still receive ads even though I deactivated it . Many features are not accessible.
Very difficult to find what you want. there is no quick search even. there is not much point of an online app if you have to visit an ooredoo outlet to get your work done. it's like having online banking but still having to visit the branch to perform any transaction....
Really needs improvements, just imagine the following situation; Suddenly you Sim card is not any more registered on the network, I sent messages through this app, i visited to Ooredoo branches and i called 111 many times without any result, nothing at all. Just imagine your self without mobile number for 3 days. This is Ooredoo and no one cares about customers satisfaction. This operator services is a nightmare, and they are charging you very big amount of many, really expensive for nothing.!!
Very bad after the update. Difficulty in transferring data or recharge. You don't know where to put the OTP no. The previous version was much better.
I get information by email as logged in to Ooredoo App. But my screen doesn't show any details and it will be totally a blank screen. I want to see my profile and want to buy credit or do recharge. Nothing is possible
The application doesn't show the available benefits or balance. Talked to customer care several time and also send an email. No feedback.
Having troble with the home screen lately .. cannot check my flex points and data balances from the screen after login . Also cannot allot flex points as desired. Please fix.
If there was less than one, I would choose it. App is extremely difficult to use and needs, simplicity.

Very slow. Takes very long to login or does not log in at all mostly on first attempt. Complicated options inside the app.
App is no longer transparent about detailed earning views of Nojoom points. Old app was much better, please bring back the feature of seeing which of Ooredoo Nojoom earn partners have credited my Nojoom points to me. Thank you!
It is blank at all the time. I can't do anything on it. Edit: I have been waiting for updates to fix the problem but all updates did not make it any better so I am deleting it.
I had a problem with my application which couldn't be resolved by ooredoo technician ,they didn't want to admit about it even though it was very obvious for a six years boy. The application is slow, it keeps hanging up.
What a stupid apps. Ask for topup then the page go hang. Go to secure payment, then the page exceed timeout while payment is pending or it is go thru. Frustrating apps? Who the guys design this stupid apps
Home page doesn't display for several days now. Your last update turned out to be a disaster. I uninstalled and reinstalled, given my number and QID, received OTP. After that App hangs. Now unable to register either. Pathetic. Guys. Why don't you fix this issue?
Why this app anything taking too much time for loading........? 2 times I unistall this apps and re install but neither solve, too many times I facing this problem please fix it otherwise I will unistall forever 😡😡😡
When logged in to this Application it starts to on the screen advertisement "subscription to gaming add-on". I tried to switch it off, I tried to reinstall this Apps even, no results. The advertisement appears again and again.... Tried to contact with their help dest through different channels: can not reach anyone.... Probably required to go to their office....
Their ad for the new "gaming add-on" covers the whole screen and whenever i close it, the ad reopens. The app used to be functional but now it's pretty much useless.
im just shock like hell about the apps performance. Home page loading like for ever. Im from malaysia for 48 QAR we can get unlimited call and unlimited data. Despite its cheap, the apps working good and service i can give 4 star. Shame to Ooredoo cant give good service to the people who paid for the service. We are willing to pay but ooredoo make us struggle to pay or recharge. if not all data already connected to this number i would prefer to change to other platform.
Really buggy app, doesn't open 2/3 times, repeatedly asks for contact information despite already verifying it ages ago and SMS blocker straight up doesn't work. Plus, I suddenly couldn't access my Nojoom points after switching to Hala. Used the app on a Pocophone F1 and Galaxy S22+, same issues.
