The app wants to force me to change my offer from 3jaja to do. Ever since the last update. It is unfair. Pop up the second you open the app. And sometimes i find the app opens randomly in my phone trying to force me to change from 3jaja to do. I'm deleting the app. I don't understand why they try hard to push us into offers that we do not like.

The app freezes at launch since last update and won't let me in 90% of the time (can't type anything or click any button). Otherwise, many ads and spam sms

UPDATE 30.12.2021: App works about 75% of the time, it finally includes the English language. But the downside is as a European, just like my friends I am tired of getting spammed with hundreds of SMS from OREDOO. Thankfully, competent developers, from Sweden, made their TRUECALLER app from the start in English. So I use that application, to block all of the SPAM/SMS, that Oredoo sends me on a daily basis "WITHOUT my conscent". #illegal #spam #scam

Appliation lente au démarrage, non intuitive, très moche, et bourrée de pubs !!! Very bad user experience and user interface... There should not be any ads in it! Truely disappointed!

User-friendly and all-inclusive

It's nice and reliable when it's WORKING!! It keeps getting stuck on loading screen, seriously it's been a while since this problem appeared, it never go past the loading screen, please update your application, this is so unprofessional and irresponsible.

Version 6.0.0 is definitely better than the previous ones. The UI is classy and easy to understand. I've just removed a star because, in some cases, moving between menus can take sometime (like 2 or 3 seconds longer than usual).

DOES NOT WORK, everytime try to login "invalid ooredoo number" help desk hasn't helped and I'm stuck unable to access my account either through the app or through the website. I've created multiple cases through customer service and everytime they say your problem has been resolved yet it never has.

Fix your app to get a better rating, it fails to open since yesterday.

You must have internet credit now to connect the app?!!! How can I purchase a credit from the app if I don't have one and how I can have one if I can't connect to the app in order to purchase a plan?!!

This app is very bad. The previous version was working wel but with this one I can't even creat an account. It doesn't send me the verification email and I can't login with facebook.

i was a client since a long time ago, the main impressive thing of Ooredoo App: -low quality UI -low quality costumer services -charging higher fees Conclusion: well done for the low quality services they must rewards you for the worst trolling service provider, keep rocking 😉

The app makes things easier which was not possible previously and the rich UI of the app feels good. The app is available in 3 languages and it seems to be working all good

Good app, user friendly. It could be improved with regard to internet packages. Maybe a chat option with a customer service. Keep up the good work.

It's very practical when it's working, however it stopped working while ago,kept loading and loading but no functional app eventhough I installed it again twice the same bug is persisting!

So slow = nothing is offered by this application, you can't deliver a service with this quality, this reflect other services as well. Sorry for the one 🌟 rate, if it was a personal effort, may be I'll give it tree 🌟 🌟 🌟, but Ooredoo is a big company, hope this application gets better soon. PS: I gave a 🌟 for the 200 mo 😁😁

Honestly the worst of the worse, Bad offers, not reliable Internet, misinformation all the times sometimes even i think it's a SCAM not network provider. If it's your first time or you are new please BE AWARE and don't go to the trap, change it to anything else it will works for sur 100% better.

This application USED to work! After I updated it today, it doesn't go past the loading stage! Get 1 star! PS: As of April 30, the app has been greatly improved! Now it's awesome, thanks!

Can't find the sliders to choose the amount of data or minutes that i need to buy. The update is a total mess.

Until 2 weeks ago, it was a pain using this app. Updated it yesterday and those issues are not happening and the new design looks good.

They take a lot of time to answer your questions while when u are in an offer online u can't reach them by phone. That's supposed to be better right? Actually, u have to wait and don't know how much u have to wait which is strictly unprofessional

After the recent update, the app got better. Pages are loading quickly and loving the handful of options. Gooooooooooddd🤞

Can't even see how much minutes or mo I have on my sim card.. kind of pointless app. On top of that it's freaking slow as hell.

Good app, better than the ones of the other operators.. Plz try to reduce the cost of communications, sms, and internet connection, it's the 21th century guys!

I cannot add my other number.tried to resolve the issue with Ooredoo support,they just closed the case without even contacting.
