Ooredoo tv is a great app; the reception is clear! But sound is not there the first time I installed it. Ooredoo agents told me to re install and so I did. Sound came alright. But when I check in the icons and came back to the Live tv, sound disappeared again. The channel searching is a bit slow. Hope this can be fixed. Thanks! 👍
Useless app. Most channels either don't have audio or don't even have video. App doesn't switch to landscape when rotated so you can only watch on a very small window. Expected better from Ooredoo.
after the update the app goes 5 star to 1 star. cannot use app on two cellphones. its ridiculous whoever thought customers will have one cellphone at a time at home. remote has no volume option like why would ever need that in a remote!!!
l can't login always gives "request time out". I contacted customer service they changed login password for ooredoo app and adviced to restart the mobile. I did all the steps but useless.
currently useless. I want to login using my mobile phone and OTP. The OTP arrives seconds after I request it and I type it in immediately. Still, I get a "Request timeout". I wonder how long the timeout is, must be less than 10 seconds... Will improve rating once fixed.
it's not working at all. i put in my username and password but it keeps giving me the error "username and password are required". seriously? it's there!!! i type it in!!! this app was useful before without this login interface, now it's trash... zero star
new update looking good but so many bugs and difficulties volume button is not available different types of logins not access of fingerprint unlock All channel list not available limited options some icons not responding on one touch application crashing
struggle! I can't get into the app at all. No matter what credentials I put in, It does not allow me to enter the app. I am a customer and have Ooredoo TV.
The application is good, but the remote control is missing the volume buttons, so we can't control the volume !!!
since the new version had been installed, I am unable to login and use the app. keep getting a message that the maximum number of devices is reached.... what does that even means?
old version works better than the new update..after update remote totally not working..has log in issues even mobile number or even after you get the pin cannot log in...cannot use now the remote and tv
Sound only.. No video.. I think executives in ooredoo don't know that this app does not function... I will ensure to reach out and visit them next week with four different mobile brands...

non of the movies or series play on my phone! only the live TV channels work. very disappointed.
The remote control is not working. Also I can't see the Cricket Worldcup on my mobile which I have subscribed on my TV.
Useless didnt work even one time its about 1 month still trying to login nothing work tried to sign in with mobile number but after i insert OTP it shows username and password is needed if i enter username and password again shows username and password is needed no sign up icon any where
The current APP has got the worst features ever as no volume controls is found?. Please re-develope it better similarly as the old ooredoo tv APP from Huawei !
I can't login by using my oreedoo account. After entering user name password still showing error that username and password is required to login.
New version Not friendly login, anyways after login no power on /off available in remote, previous version was much better

When will you be able to add bein sports or OSN to the list of live tv channels that can be accessed from this app for those whom have bein or OSN subscription..

One of the worst applications I have ever seen. No casting, although the icon is there, but it can never find a device to cast at the same time where I can cast from other applications. Even if you tried screen mirroring only audio is going through and no video. It is the worst, unless this is done intentionally, and that would be a disaster 😕
