ooVoo Video Call, Text & Voice

This app has thus far been terrible both times I've tried to use it. When trying to register a new account it says "Network Error: Check your network connection and try again." There is nothing wrong with my network connection. I've tried from my cell connection, home WiFi and Starbucks WiFi and receive the same message with each. Going to the developer's website is not helpful either (and it is very unprofessional looking).

Seriously??? I can't even log in because the 'CONTINUE' button is unresponsive. And the 'RESET PASSWORD' option is useless. It keeps saying 'NETWORK ERROR', though nothing is wrong with my internet connection. This is embarrassing. If there was an option to put 'ZERO STARS', I would do it. Tsk-tsk!!!

This app is supposed to be useful to make video calls for group chats, but it won't let me log back in, even if I put in the correct username and password! Also, when I try to sign in by using my Google account, and reset my password, it says to check my network connection and try again, even though it's really strong. It's not the network connection, it's the app not paying attention to it! You need to fix this immediately, or I will not install it again.

When I decided to redownload this app, I wasn't expecting to not be able to use it AT ALL. It won't even let me log in, even though my details are correct. I tried making a new account, but even that wouldn't work. This isn't the first review I've seen with this issue. Perhaps, you should fix your app before bombarding my phone with ads. Its like this app doesn't even work anymore, i cant even login or make a new account and everytime i try its says i have bad connection when i have verizon fios internet. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and same thing happens, i go into the settings on my phone, clicked on the app to force stop and it still didnt work. Please dont download this app its not worth the time.

I just downloaded this app and i couldn't even sign in it just kept saying. Network error. Check your network connection and try again later. it wouldn't let me put in my email my phone number or my username i uninstalled it then reinstalled it and it still didn't work. Can you please fix it i would appreciate it!

I used this app back in middle school to chat with my friends and tried to log in to look at old memories. Also ones with an old friend that passed away last year but looks like everyone is having the same problem: not being able to log in...

I had ooVoo before and it worked perfectly fine but now I can't even go on it. it will say Network error or u have to accept terms of policy but it didnt even pop up. Also I turned off my network and turned it on again it was at 5 bars and it still didnit work. if i could rate this app a -1 I would. DO NOT GET THIS APP!

I remember downloading it a long time ago, it was one of my first social medias. I loved it at the time. But now, it's obviously updated. I downloaded it again recently because I wanted to talk to my old friends again. Of course I don't remember my password- this was a long time ago. It won't let me recover it. It just says there's a network error, even though my Wi-Fi is workings with everything else. If you could fix this, I'd appreciate it.

Had this awhile ago but deleted it and was trying to come back but can't sign in. Tried to reset password but it keeps force closing or saying something is wrong with internet connection. Tried to send feedback but force closes that as well so it's only getting one star due to unable to access it and rest anything to get into my account.

Won't let me even sign up. It continues to tell me my connection isn't working when I'm using my data and when I'm on my Wi-Fi. Thought about trying to use this app again after the stupid update and the username screw up, but nothing has changed. I give in on this app.

I had this in middle school and would use it all the time with friends and then it just randomly shut down. I wanted to be able to log in again to see if I can get in contact with the people I used to talk to but I cant log into my old account at all and I cant even create a new one because it brings up an error message.

I loved this app...but it shut down. I had a childhood friend and I can't reach her anymore because of this closing down. I miss her alot and I wanted to get in contact with her my downloading this again. Shame I can't even talk to her anymore. This app was a lot to me, and since it closed I've been really sad. I hope no one else has this feeling of losing a very lovely close friend.

Literally did not work. I tried regestering with my phone number and it said network error even though i had data, same thing with my google account. Tried doing it with my email, it said it had trouble verifying email. Facebook said the app was still in development and that i didnt have permission. Only giving it one star cause i cant do zero stars

Network error. Not being able to connect with any of the available options. Uninstall. And disappointed since I was expecting more from a brand name like oovoo with a long past....

I use to love using this app all the time. But once I got my Samsung 7s and now my Samsung 9s it will not leg me log claiming there is a connection problem. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it will not work for the life of me.

Like everyone else is experiencing, it says "network error" and no matter what I do I can't fix it. My mom is going through chemotherapy and we were trying to give her a "girls day out" with an app that could accommodate 6 people during this horrible experience for her. Incredible epic fail. Seriously, shame on you! Don't make an app, if you can't fulfill its basic function.

I cannot sign in nor create a new account. I get a network error message although I have connection. I uninstalled the app due to this issue. My friend also had the same issue unfortunately.

The app does not allow to log in or Register. It always shows Network Error even if I am connected to good signal connectivity. Additionally, the Forgot Password has the same error. Disappointed to install the app.

It disconnects randomly during calls. It constantly says you have bad internet, even if your internet is at 5 bars. I've used this app for years, and I hated every second of it.

The app has been shut down for about 2 years now. I don't even know why it's still up on the Play Store. It's down from the App Store but I don't know why it's still up on here. The reason why it's saying network error is because the app no longer exists. Do not install the app. I used to use this until their update in late 2017.

Kept trying to log in, and it says I am having network problems. "Check my network connectivity". My network is fine, and I even disconnected to use data and it gives me the same error. Extremely frustrated.

This app used to be amazing but now it's gone downhill, The app won't even let me login. I remember having this app a few years ago and I was able to communicate with all my friends. I deleted the app and then when I got it back it was totally different, basically until ooVoo is fixed I give you 1 🌟

Same problem as several other users. Downloaded on an Android tablet and tried most of the registration options. All respond with "Network error". I'm un-installing.

So for all those coming back to download this app and getting Network Error, the app doesnt exist anymore. They shut down in 2017 due to lack of profit, just wanted to post for those of you getting frustrated!! I do miss this app quite alot... It held so many good memories, what a shame.

Couldn't even get the app to register me! Tried using my phone number... "connection error" so i tried closing the app then opening it once again and this time i tried using google to register, gave ooVoo permissions, seemed like it was loading then.... "connection error". i came to ooVoo because i needed a change from the headache that was Skype. But i see that escaping the headache will be harder than i thought. On to the next app!
