I still see activity data till Oct. Latest data is not loaded. Widget is not updating. I want to uninstall the product. I am not happy with this. Pls refund
This is easy to use and shows my trip numbers. It takes 6 minutes to walk from Harris Park to Parramatta in my Monday lunchtime.
Refuses to update my travel since replacing my lost card. Have unistalled and reinstalled but no use. Pretty pathetic.
The app is OK except that it should automatically update balances once a day. We shouldn't need to refresh manually.
Update: Do not buy this, the app becomes useless if you change cards, does not update when you get a new card. No support
1. I spend at least $7.10 a week on Gold OPAL journeys but this app's weird front page calculations runs my weekly average at less than $5. I think it might be subtracting discounts that have already been subtracted (journeys past day CAP?); 2. Widget's Travel Reward journey count clears out before the week ends, why? And front page totals clear out too. Hey, the week starts Monday 4 am, not Sunday!
The app stopped updating , and now will not let me select my card ( just shows a blank spot with a green dot). I have reset the data and reinstalled several times. Thank you for fixing this issue.
Never syncs properly, can I get a refund. Doesn't work
Updated from the free to the paid version for the widget. Widget does not auto update, not even after i actually go into the ap and it shows me the latest information. have to remove widget from screen then re add the widget for it to show me updated info, but again only updated until i use my card again. widget is pointless at this stage. Samsung s4
Makes the truly ugly Opal Card system just a little more useful.
It keeps coming up ERRORS
Open the app and it updates, but the widget doesn't update.

Hard to navergate
I've have $52 in the app since I started seems to be my permanent balance... the website says I have $13 and the machine on the bus beeps and tells me my balance is low. Crap app... and to think I paid for the privilege!

It does not show the balance on the widget I just purchased it on the weekend thx.... ** WAITING FOR YOU TO REFUND ME **
The app used to work, now I can only look back at last 60 days and that is irregular as some days it won't show any data other than my current balance.
