App not functioning. App does not work on all phones. If app doesn't display bank logo, it will not work.

Horrible user interface. Clunky and hard to use. Not intuitive to the user and doesn't show transactions in detail needed for proper account review. Card services are short , rude and quick to pass the buck on questions. Horrible move for a credit unions. Persuasive oysters really??? Unprofessional Edited to add : since the new app and different card company we've also been double charged on several transactions
