The app has been extremely slow for the last several months. I can have my phone in my hands and when a notification for a lead comes in, the app takes forever to even show the lead. I have "missed" tons of leads because the app does not respond. It's not worth the time anymore because the app does not work as it use to.

For the last 6 months this app continues to crash and freeze up. Anytime I try using text message from the app I can only get 2 words in before it freezes. I have to completely back out. If I get an alert it takes so long to load its too late. This is extremely frustrating and you would think ammeter all the combines they would do something to update.

I have an Android and push notifications have not worked for a long time. When I first signed up, the push notification would allow me to claim the lead immediately. Now, I have to hit the notification, wait for the app to load, tap on new leads, then finally I'm able to claim the lead. There have been times when I had the phone in my hand when the notification went off and even though I moved as quickly as possible I still lost the lead. I'm curious if iPhone users are having the same problem.

Updated: also along with being slow and lethargic, this app doesn't allow you to click on links in the chat function and drops calls left and right in their phone function. Most of the time I need to call leads back on my real phone # because they can't hear me. I get alerts, click on them and then the app crashes before I ever get through. In the last couple of days I haven't been able to open the app at all. The app constantly crashes, alerts you but doesn't open or doesn't alert at all.

I wanted to chime in that the app no longer makes sounds for me either. After a month trying to fix it thinking it was my phone, and apparently it's the app LOL. Come on, apparently, this is a common problem. Please fix this! And as always, the phone system is absolutely abhorrent. The connection is terrible and probably about 80% of the time I end up having to call back the client on my cell phone and then my score is damaged because I don't speak to them on the app.

I get no notification or sound of a notification so many opportunities lost! Plus, the prospective clients are not screened well! They have people looking to buy very low priced properties that are through municipalities with other purchase costs way out of these people's budgets. These leads become a waste of valuable time. The updating of leads gets old too! It would be nice if they could pair up your MLS with prospective properties as well.

This app for the last year or so has been real flakey. When the notification goes off it may take a minute or longer for the blue icon to activate. Sometimes I need to back out of the app and open again for it to work. I've been uninstalling then reinstalling for it to function properly, several times a week.

No notification/sound anymore when a lead comes into your ap. Guess you're suppose to sit all day w/ cell in hand & wait for it! The way the system is set up, even when you have cell in hand when lead comes in, if you don't respond w/n a nano second, you lose the lead. A very demoralyzing system/ap.

First, the only lead I finally won and they can't reach me, how convenient. Secondly, the option for Spanish text to be sent to Spanish speakers is automatically on. I don't speak Spanish. Third, there's no option or buttons after you won your lead. You just wait for some call that never comes.

OPCITY keeps sending me a DUPLICATE of the same lead, and so I have to "skip" 1 of them-- which makes my score lower, and if my score is lower I supposedly don't get as good of leads. OPCITY needs to fix this. I'm tired of getting duplicate leads (1 lead shows up, and a duplicate of the former lead follows right after).

All but completely shut down. Says it can't send me alerts yet the test works. Have been docked for "not responding to leads" yet I haven't seen one in at least two months. Sent a message to support about three weeks ago with no response.

Been using the app for over a month, so far I've gotten; *A Florida call (I'm not licensed in FL) *A level 2 offender *An elderly woman who has no way to be contacted *And 2 calls for a city over 50 miles away despite my radius being 15 miles It's obvious any screening done has nothing to do with actually finding legit leads & all to do with just funneling as many people though the app as possible. Not EVEN getting into the BS micromanaging & excessive referral fee.

Terrible. I have called/emailed/FB messaged customer service more times than I can count because THEY have a location peg wrong (the map location is correct, but the city doesn't match). Almost all leads I get are for WAY outside my set area because of this. They have no interest in correcting the problem - at all. Even if the leads were mostly coming for my service area, they are not well vetted (ex: consumer wants a $150k house in a $800k average market, consumer wants a $500/mo rental in a $3

I haven't gotten a new lead in over 6 months. It flashes across the screen. No notification or ringing. I've checked every setting possible. Not sure who changed thus on the app, but it's worthless now.

I thought I was the only one, no notification sound now. I see others reporting the same issue. Needs fixed. Also the app closes or changes screen alot when I click the lead capture blue icon. Then I lose the lead.

First it flashes across the top I my screen, and before I can touch it, it's gone. Then, before I can get to the spp, it tells me I NEVER interacted with the referral. It York me less than 3 seconds to get to Opcity, and I NEVER interacted with it?

App not opening, app worked great but all of a sudden it stopped working. All of a sudden I can get back in but the alert test isn't working and no Newman's have come through since 1/1/22. It's 2/18/22..... tried contacting for help but no response.

App no longer makes a sound or audible alert when a lead comes in. So I'm missing every one of them. I've checked every setting with no luck. My office-mate has Apple/IOS and does not have this issue.

It was working well until it stopped working. Followed all the directions, made sure my phone was up to date... Still cannot get push notifications for Android.

App very slow to respond and often crashes. Its impossible to compete for leads with your hands tied behind your back. Please fix issues.

The app hS alot of problems,,,,I think everyone has problems,,,,email op city or call them and tell them about the problems,,,,the programmer has to take a look at it and fix the issue!!!! Press developer button. It opens up developer's website, email, phone #, and physical address too. Bring the attention to them. It's their responsibility to fix it.

I have to uninstall this app several times a week because my notifications keep failing and now to top it off I don't get any notification sounis notification sounds when a lead comes in and I've lost out on several leads

So far I've read all these bad reviews. The thing is, we are all having the same problems but I'm not reading any solutions from OPT City. I too don't receive a sound (which I used to), or a buttom. I am always too late because of these. Whay are the solutions??

This app keeps needs to be revamped. It does not work as it should. Whe I hit the back butto it blinks and keep me on the same screen. I can not release clients within the app, i have to go to the computer. The text bar is so small and if I make a typo and have to go back up it sometimes refuses to let me. I get a lot of error messages if I have the open for more than 15 seconds. Smh...needs an update.

No notification sound. Now I hear I'm going to have to go through to a third screen to claim my lead, hence probably losing the lead due to the time lag. Multiple other bugs that there are no excuses for, including not being able to close the app. Is it really impossible in a world of tens of thousands of programmers to find somebody who can write an app correctly?

Has a distinct notification sound that's fun. Sometimes the push notifications reach me so slowly that there's no possible way that I could claim the lead, so successfully claiming a lead feels akin to winning the lottery - lol. Great app for reminding us as agents to keep up with our leads. Scoring system can help with motivation. Main struggle with the app is how slow it works with my particular phone's operating system (android).

Rebooted 9/18/22 after more updates! The mobile app still a hot mess. All new bells and whistles but you can't update anything easily! Can't find anything easily! Also because it takes longer to load, hard to capture leads. Would be great to be able to search the contacts for location of their search for better follow up. When updated, they don't give any heads up and should be rebooted to function correctly. Instead, the lead notifications stop.

Maps no longer work at all. I cannot claim a lead when I don't know where it is. OpCity knows the town, but lists the wrong one INTENTIONALLY, this means a lead can potentially be an hour plus away. Updating using the app requires odd timing as the button disappears. Overall it is a clunky app skin that should be simple, but it is overly complex and glitchy which slows down the process of grabbing leads. These guys are making millions -pay someone to make an app that make this process easy.

Terrible app. I have to scroll up and down looking for the "claim" button which of course take few seconds which mean lead gone😡 Errors all the time. Can't leave the screen when I hit back button....crazy!!!????$$$$$ Client info is hidden unless I am on my PC... We realtors...we are on the go!!! Not glued to our 🖥 . Fix it, this is about speed not seeing how many leads I have closed and checking the weather before I can see the " CLAIM" BUTTON.

Poorly designed app. I do get the notifications but it glitches so badly that I have to fight through 10 repetitive popups before I even get to the new referral. By the time they are out of the way, someone else has claimed the referral. It's almost like saving something to eat later to come home to it being eaten and enjoyed by someone else.
