Open Library

I would love it but I can't figure out how to enlarge the text in the app or on my mobile browser. None of the typical ways work and I can't find a menu or settings tab in the book itself. The only way I've found to be able to see to read the books is to go into my Google chrome browser settings and click the box next to Desktop Site. THAT ONE has the magnifying glass icon so I can enlarge the text. So, sorry but I'm deleting the app. Can't see to read on it.

I like OpenLibrary. But I need to say that this apps is worthless. Might as well open it in browser since the UI is the same. Even if I open it in the apps, I still cannot read or enlarge the book. And no, there are no button whatsover to change the document to pdf or epub as you suggested.

Great idea, but like the others, I cannot figure out how to zoom in. Yes, I've read the Techovert responses about downloading the pdf/epub file, but I don't see where or how to do that, either. Very unclear, very frustrating.

Open library is available to alot of books, as for the those people having problems with the zoom, and enlarging text. Go to settings it will show you horizontal or vertical reading format's along with zooming. It is perfect for tablets and Kindles

Open Library is neatly organized as an app. However, I am not able to zoom in or enlarge the text of the books. I would greatly appreciate a zoom-in feature so I can read the books on my phone. Since there is a zoom-in feature on the desktop website, I question why there is not so for the app.

Whenever I open the app it says connection failed and even when I have 200kbps of internet speed. I love to read books and I had downloaded this app with a hope that I would be able to read many books but it disappointed me. Please fix this problem.

to the people that are here having trouble finding the zoom in out options to read the text, just click the settings on the left side panel and you'll see the option to zoom in out.

Add a zoom in option like in the website. unable to read the books since the text it's way too small.

Too many ads. Not worth the time. Books collection is pretty bad. you just can google those books and download more easily.

Thank you for preserving classics from my childhood and so much more. I've read hundreds of books from your library. I also subscribe, $5 / month.

Can't zoom, not an e reader, just pics of pages so far away you can't read them.

Rolling commerical down the bottom makes this even worse than if I'd just open the page in the browser.

wont let me create an account. it keeps showing that stupid "are you sure this is an email address" message.

app simply opens your browser to website while exposing you to ads.better to open your browser yourself and avoid the ads

Doesn't work at all. Errors with no internet connection message and exits.

Every 3 screens it's a full screen ad. Virtually unusable.

even though i don't like the way it work i still give it a 10 because sometimes i found what I'm looking for.

The ads are so prominent you can't even see what you're trying to read.
