Went from Candito 6 week program to this because well, each time yielded less and results, which is understandable after 3 whole cycles. But this is a GREAT alternative, already am loving it and u get PRs every damn week. The powerlifting layout is what stands out for me, much superior than any other Texas Method layout! Thanks so much for creating this, it deserves more reviews and downloads as it is underrated!

Simple and straightforward! But I have one issue. How or where do I progress with power cleans? I finished my first week strong and failed to realize power cleans weren't listed within the exercises.

It doesn't support Kg. If you put weight in kg the workout weight is ridiculous.

Seemed ok, but can't figure out how to get past the first week. Clicked the Finish Week button, but the weights won't change. Edited* Must PR in all lifts to add weight for next week. Misunderstanding may be my fault, as I used a 5rep max as a starting weight instead of a true 1rm.

I like its simplicity.

It's very simple which I like. I enjoy the spreadsheet-like look, but that's personal preference (what can I say, my brain is stuck in a y2k-era internet). It has a timer and graphs built in which is thoughtful and helpful. Whenever updating the week, there seems to be an issue which reads "Plan refreshed!setup fragment." I believe this is meant to read the first part without the fragment in there. Part of me wants the ability to change the workouts around a bit, but then I'm not technically doing the strict program, so I can't fault the app for not doing what it shouldn't be doing anyways. Good job!
