OpenItem Access Control

Generally ok, but but silly that I can't self select who I want as a regular visitor, why is this feature locked to regulars as defined by the app? Pre- selection of regular visitor as per manual also does not work. Please fix.

I have been using this app for about 5 years. Used to worked perfectly. Recently I notice that we don't get notifications anymore when our visitor leaves the premises using the exit pin, which is a security concern of mine. We also can't send pins to contractors unless their number is saved on our contact list. For deliveries, this isn't very practical. Other than that, great app

The app was fine before (I have been using it for over a year) but recently it been giving me problems. Everytime I unlock my screen it opens by it it's self to the point of being annoying. I restarted my device, even went as far and uninstalling and downloading it twice still the problem persists. This is really not fine because I need the app in order to grant my visitors access, to my place. The app has become a nuisance in my life.

Too many bugs in the app. The app opens itself, downloads files everytime it opens and continues to force open and require the user guide to be viewed and saved. Having to I install and reinstall every usage.

App closes and opens itself on my phone, it malfunction completely. Cant do anything on my phone, as soon as I open anything or go onto the net the openitem access control app opens and closes repeatedly.

Don't always receive my notifications. Usually on entry

Good day, I am currently in the US, but own one of the units in Zwartkop golfestate, I had some phone problems, and can not access my openitem app, I have reinstall the app, but now I can not receive the code to activate my app, due to the fact that I can not receive sms's in the US, can someone please assist me via email?

The app just pops up in the foreground for no apparent reason. Can you please stop it. This app is interfering with the samsung app.

is it possible to use this application on my pc, i currently do not have a phone and would like to give access to my kids transport , otherwise the app is fine

I still can't open my messages. Each time I click on a message it opens and closes immediately

this app isnt giving me any codes for my visitors to enter.its been two weeks now.its very annoying.i thought it was data and airtime but i have both fully loaded... so please help

Hi, Open item doesn't send alerts anymore when you send a visitor a code when they enter and exit the estate

are you not able to make one code have at least 5 entries and exits? an option or so to ensure such would be very convenient

just updated the app and it changed the language setting, now i cant use the bloody thing

After update the information is in a foreign language

No working - have to reinstall all the time

They removed my cell number from my own property so now i cant generate a code and its past 5 so no one obviously responds to emails. When i try and tag my visitor in i get in trouble because i must send a code??? How can you remove a client that uses this without communication?
