Hi, I want to support this app but it seems that it need improvement for its performance. For example when I am doing my module in the subject I took, the app will redirect me back to the Progress page. This happens a lot of time and disturbs my learning process. Also, the app took longer time to reload the content. And every time I went back to the Progress page, it will take its time to reload (it's annoying somehow). It'll be nicer if all the loading happens in the background instead.

Used to be able to work, be it bearly the minimum of accessing announcement and files, now it's just blank everything, nothing loads here while on PC everything works fine. It's not the WiFi because the same phone I use to open this app is the same phone I use for YouTube, watching Twitch streams, stream Netflix. I'm pretty sure a bunch of texts are not going to take as long as a 3 hour long FHD video streaming live.

this honestly can be so much more better and higher rated if better featured were actually implemented and the user experience is improved. Sometimes I can't even download files from any lectures that I'm enrolled in and plus the load times for a page to come up get a little laggy, there might be a few bugs around. So, yea then I have to use my browser and access oplearning this way instead to be able to download my files and access my courses and necessary pages much smoothly. Update pls🙏🏽!

I know that my internet connection sometimes can be v weak but please i don't get it why do I hv to log in everytime like every minute and it keeps saying your app needs to be updated like it keeps going on like that everytime like how many update is there to be updated?! please fix this i can't keep log in every single time I try to open this app. Nevertheless it's easy to use and is a good education apps.

Some of the functions are not working. I can't update comments, set as watched, and survey section is blank. I need to go to the website through internet browser then the functions would worked. I got this app to make my life easier. I hope the app will improve and fix the functions.

Keep on restarting when I did my work for courses... Please solve this

Hi, there something wrong with this app. It close every time I open this app. I even reinstalled the app still same. It's hard for me to use openlearning when I away from laptop when this app like this. I hope you can fix this problem.

unable to upload files... cannot scroll down to click post during preview.

I have used just 2 month and it close every time I opened it. It's really bad, I can't log in automatically. I'm must open the app twice, I'm really disappointed about this app

Hi, I'm having a problem with opening your app. Everytime I tried to open the app it suddenly closed. I've tried to redownload the app a lot of times and it still react the same. Help me 😭😭😭

Update Broke The App. When I open the app now I get a message saying that I need to download the newest update despite it already being downloaded. I've tried clearing cache, data, and reinstalling but nothing works.

I wish I could give 5 star but it's performance wasn't good, system slow and used high data connection. I just use this apps and it's disappointed me. anyway thank you for developing an amazing apps for easiest way to access various way of learning. 🌹🤍

I hope the developer fix this app. It's annoying that i always log out from my account everytime i try to open the app. Please add deadline time reminder or notification to help with the assignment too. I'm struggling with this app

App working better than previous version.

A messed up app, which makes things far more difficult to navigate compared to other apps. apps were meant to make things convienent for others to use, but this makes it harder.

It is very useful for students. The assessment reports is always empty. Could you please fix this problem. Very important students to see the assessment reports.

I try log in alot of times but it wouldn't work, I was able to log in using my laptop with one try. The overall is just frustrating and a waste of time. Please try fix it though

Overall good. Navigation could be improved. Some bugs especially in app such as notifications.

No settings for notifications. I'm getting bombarded by notifications that are not relevant to me and I can't find the way to change that.

Why the newest version is always crashing? This is really annoying. Better using the web version and unistall this app if this keep happening.

Slow and cause lots of problem. Need to open from website everytime want to use open learning. App no function. (Actually if can, no star given)

Hi, can you fix your apps . Its bug . Cannot see the things, White bug .. Before this, your apps its good.. but now its freeze . What happen?

I missed my final exams because this pathetic excuse of an app doesnt intergrate with google calenders and its notifications are unreliable. Teachers should switch to google classroom or moodle instead.

Slow, unresponsive. Horrible app overall. U guys should seriously try learning from the Blackboard app.

I struggle to go back to the previous page....it always takes me right back where i started - the very first page, so it's frustrates me

This is a really good app

its a buggy app. Three times I complete my Course 46% but it return back to 26%. This app Waste my time and Energy.

It keeps asking for upgrade and I have to install and reinstall multiple times, the issue persists and I can't access my course from the app
