It's not the 'app', it's the system. We are told that Android's NFC creates a problem, lack of full compatibility, with the ultra-high-security level; making for consternation, unnecessary inconvenience.

This app is a mess. Way too difficult to setup, and then it expects to be running ALL THE TIME unless you for close it. I have to force close the app when I'm done with it, what a poorly designed app.

I guess you can call this app along a secure system since it will not allow you to enter quite often. Is so secure that even I am unable to enter.

Good in theory, terrible for your battery. Also uses way too many permissions just to open a door or two.

No way to stop the app and it's always running in the background. I open a door once every few weeks,I don't need the app to run 24/7.

The battery drain by this app is absurd. The app is responsible for 40% battery usage over 24 hours. Other lock apps with the same permissions don't use anywhere near that amount.

It keeps telling me I don't have access and to contact my administrator. I've repeatedly uninstalled and reinstalled the app and have gotten new tokens sent to set up my account and it's the same thing.

Good app and system. Not perfect, but I'm happy we have it. Relies heavily in your office admin (not me) configuring and calibrating things well. It's especially frustrating when you're nearby a door, such as in an office on the other side of a wall from a service entrance. I wish they offered beacons to place in such areas so the app could figure that out and suppress more false positive events.

Requires Bluetooth to connect to door sensor, but tremendous drain on battery. Solution is to turn off Bluetooth and turn it back on only when you need to unlock door, but now you can't use your Bluetooth phone accessories. If you quit the app, it just sends the app to background while it continues to drain your battery. You have to force quit after navigating multiple Android system menus. Facepalm.

Literally haven't had an issue with the app. Turn on bluetooth, open the app, select the door I'm trying to open and then it's open.

Downgrading my original review to two stars. Very poor on Android. I do not recommend this app or this system. Occasionally works very well

Great system and app. The ability to share a temporary access Link without someone having to download an app is great. Does drain the battery a bit, but I changed the permissions to use BLE only when awake and drain went away. It's convenient to walk up to the door while on the phone and unlock the door without stopping what you are doing

24mb to open a door. They need to prioritize on limited resource consumption and easier to control when it runs and does not run.

Had some hiccups that were the fault of my gym. OP team was responsive and helpful in getting to the bottom of it. App works well.

Thinking about cancelling my gym membership because of the switch to this app. Same issue we everybody else. It drains my battery because it's always running in the background.
