Ever since the update, the app has been difficult to use and there have been many instances where the availabilty has been saved with wrong dates and times (although repeatedly selected correctly). Former version was much better and easier to use. No errors. The only drawback was that times were difficult to select. I would still prefer it to this version as it results in constant confusion between employer and employee.

App is awesome for communicating with my co workers and seeing the schedule. Its perfect! But every once in a while, it will log me out and leave me on the "sign in with Facebook" screen and will not let me log in at all. No matter how many times I uninstalled, re start phone, and clear data, it will work randomly like a few hours later or a few days later. I dont know how to fix it!

Can't complain, much better than pen and paper schedules. Edit. Been using this for a few months, and it's still great. Only features I would like to see added are, time off requests to show in date order on mobile app, when I get time off requests, I need to wait til I'm on desktop to approve to ensure I don't approve too many requests. And would also like to be able to edit/create schedules in the mobile app, or even allowing opensimsim usable through a mobile browser. But overall, it's great

Not bad put has some areas for improvement. I would like to be able to see draft shifts within the app. I plan ahead on the desktop but when mobile cannot review my draft shifts. Although not strictly app based, I feel the ability to mark employees as sick (or other approved abscenes) is very desirable. When planning rotas in the past I have accidently included employees who were unavailable through sickness. Employees do not need to see this information but it would be great for managers.

Great for the most part but have some recommendations. The notifications tend to be a bit glitchy, my employer added a shift and the app never notified me of it. It only sometimes tells me that I have a shift starting at.. etc. Would really love a widget for this app. Also the option to swap between employee and employer mode as I do the roster every week for my second job.

I never review things because i cant be bothered but this program is amazing. i manage a small jetski rental company and the messaging feature allows me to keep all staff up to date with weather conditions on the water. My two bosses are also not very technologically inclined haha and theycan use everything super easily! No more excuses from young staff about not being informed :) all of their shifts are on their phones with little reminders :) the best part is this is just the free version!

As an employer, I love this app. However I really think there are so many small features which would make this app so much better. It has the foundations of a fantastic scheduling app but I feel it lacks in certain areas. The support team are great and I wish I could use this app for everything I need but I'm finding I'm looking for another app to help with the little things.

This app is vital to the smooth running of our organization. The support staff responds so quickly! The time off request, schedule acknowledgement eliminate the manager/staff conversation of, "I didnt know I had to work!" or "I didnt show up for work because I had plans..." Social Schedule is a mouthfull when referring to it with colleagues, but that's a minor glitch compared to all the wonderful features!

Cannot set unavailable for a selected day. If I couldn't work a specific time on particular day I used to be able set that unavailable. We no longer have that option. The options now only allows you to set a day/days that repeats weekly/biweekly. Makes no sence to remove that option. Seems that was a huge oversight when developing "new" version of this app.

Great overall, however sometimes I don't have access to a desktop and don't want to carry a computer around. I'd like be able to create a roster either via the app or on my mobile phone Web browser.

Very easy system to use. I enjoy being able to check my Schedule, as well as communicate with management and coworkers so easily. Overall 10/10.

I have problems signing in and getting the schedule or messages from my work. The app takes a long time after signing in and it's several minutes instead of a couple of seconds.

Not sure why, with the new version, i updated my availability as not available, however it kept shown i have full availability. Deleted and redone, still having the same errors. Also all my availability for future date(s) i had done in old version, when i upgraded the app to new version, all of them gone. The old version much better, haven't had issue before.

Overall this app works great and I have no issues other than the availability. I work for two different companies which both just started using opensimsim. But I can only set one availability schedule. I would like to be able to set more than one availability, to prevent getting scheduled at one job when I'd like to work the other.

All of a sudden it freezes on the "splash screen", no google integration, admin cannot edit user accounts like the user can so I need to ask computer illiterate employees to remove an old availability before I put one in a new one. Overall has what a lot of people want but just seems overcomplicated for the average small business. Probably will continue to use as long as the mobile app stops freezing.

Exactly what I was looking for. Everyone else wants you to pay for this type of service. Can make and send schedules. Approve or deny requests off. Mass send published schedules. Print and post schedules. Easily manage and message crew. Easy to use. Literally perfect. No complaints.

So confusing. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I got the app, verified my cell number because they only verify by text, so you can't use your work landline number. From there it asked me to create an account, using the app and linked back to the play store, even though I was already using the app. There was no way to more forward.

Hangs most of the time, buffering during clock in and out. Sometimes it just freezes and unable to clock on time. Not 100% dependable, otherwise quite basic and easy to use.

Seems okay but the fact that you can't integrate it into Google calenders/icalenders/etc is just archaic. *** Other apps seem to just have a link that is generated. I can't say I know much more but the link should be universal between OSs

Cool that it reminds me when i need to take my break. Whats not cool is the fact that i forgot to clock out today and thought "oh, ill use the app. That makes sense that it would be able to do that." Well, fun fact no. 1 it wont let you clock out if you go too far away. Fun fact no. 2 i carpool, aka i cant go back and it wont let me clock out. So yeah. Im screwed.

Can't log in to see my work schedule. Error is: For your account security, logging into Facebook from an embedded browser is disabled. Why is FB the only log in option? Please fix!!

Great app!! Didn't know it was something I needed until I got to experience it. Please add payroll calculations (customizable wage + taxes against the timecard) and you'll have every feature I could think to be handy!

Very good and easy to use free service. sStaff enjoy having access to schedule at home and ability to pick up or remove shifts. It catches potential conflicts when shift trading.

Its great, it keeps me updated when I get a day or not. Messages come in at the right time and no delays. But the only problem is a long load time for me at least. otherwise it's a very useful app.

I've always enjoyed using SimSim. It's been very user friendly. My only problem was with my own device, and some other technical issues. Aweful expierence. I'm extremely content with this app. Thanks so much.

Edit: Had an issue with the app, I was not the only one, posted a two star review, company responded to my review and emailed me and addressed the issue within a day. Solid app, fast response, super convenient.

The only change I would make is designing a way to add my work schedule to the calendar app on my device. It would be awesome if I didn't have to use two apps!

They were quick to contact and fix my FB Login error. The app works well , but still has limitations.

This app was awesome up until my phone did it's update and now I cannot turn to see everyone who is working.when I turn the phone it turns then goes straight back to just my schedule

I can't login on the app. It says embedded browser is disabled. Enabled it on Facebook and it still won't let me login
