ONLY Useful For Clocking In/out Other than that, the settings menu is essentially broken and one thing leads to another or doesn't respond at all. Not good UI design at all. Please fix. For those phones like mine that have a camera on the top left of their screen, the menu option is essentially covered under it.
I use for work. not much choice there. seems to work fine. maybe the next version could give me an extra 15-20 minutes on each hour. that would be an improvement imo.
Customer service is nonexistent. Great free app and even affordable as far as paid version but terrible customer service and sketchy, tried calling number and it was as though it's disconnected. Very dated interface. I signed up for the paid subscription but I had an issue that I needed addressed and can't get any kind of good customer service, I do not think I will proceed with the paid service. For free, it's fine, but I think I will be seeking out something a little more professional.
Fast absence and free access (not for report only trial 1 month), Slow chat respond (only by email), If in maintenance app hang about one hour more less (this will make trouble to you if you clock in/out and need to wait) . Anyway this is the best free app for view attendance.
Doesn't work properly after the last udpate. Sometimes when i clock-in, it must be take a picture first, but the apps suddenly clock-in me without taking picture. So, i should clock-out and then clock-in again
Such a scam. I loved this app and used it for our simple 3 employee timecards and payroll reports. I just got a message that the app is no longer free and we will be forced to pay a monthly/yearly fee to print any reports. Buyer beware. Should not advertise as free when it is clearly not. So mad
My experience has been great, until the latest update. GPS clock in/out seems to be broken on the app, and I'm not seeing any response from the publisher.
Stop working. I am paying for the monthly subscription and Three different points and all of them don't work, and many staff not saving their entry and exit hours. I have contacted support and never got an answer. I will have to cancel it , its not reliable.
Refuses to allow user to deny GPS location on app. Not required so stop trying to force it! You can click deny all you want but if you click deny and never ask again it goes to the app settings on the phone. The iPhone app never did this! 1 star until fixed.
Why do I have to open the app twice? With opening the app, putting in a pin #, taking a picture and then oking that picture.. seems like accidentally clocking in is nearly impossible. Poor design over all.....
Don't waste your time. Can't login even after using password reset. I am certain of what I'm typing, so that is not the problem. Very frustrating experience.
This is absolutely wonderful! Been using it for years for our company and it works perfect for a Construction business and tracking GPS.
Sometimes it works most times it don't! It just keeps saying loading. Biggest mistake downloading this app.
There's a problem with the app, always crashing and not using the location properly .. getting me in trouble with my company .. please fix it
I will give it zero Stars if I had the option I am so tired of not being able to login on the mobile portion of it using the company on the web is fine it's ridiculous every time you access the clock someone on the other side telling you whatever and as a business owner this is not acceptable I'm going to look for another to use for clocking and timekeeping measures
Was ok until last update wanting permission for everything. Now every time I use app I get notification of how it may not work correctly.
Good app.. needs some aesthetic maybe.. but doesn't effect the purpose. Very grateful this is an option for our business. Thank you.
It does not allow me to register.As I write my username..It impedes my entry..Why?Is this a time in clock which is selective?Pls allow me. I want to engage your app...

After the latest update, gps tracking is not working.

Very convenient for work employee tracking
OpenTimeclock is an EXCELLENT program all around and we use it every day. The fact that so many features are available for absolutely FREE is just an added bonus. The only complaint I have is the absolute lack of customer service and/or support. I have tried multiple times to reach out via email to no avail. The app works as expected on both my phone and tablets of various types and sizes. I only wish it had a feature to keep the screen awake. As a leave on the table and allow people to clock themselves in/out it's essentially useless as the screen times out and has to be woken up.
