It features 4 channels:
- The Outbreak Channel addresses the management of infectious diseases and provides life-saving, scientific information.
- The Ready for Response channel helps prepare personnel who are training for deployment to work in disease outbreaks and health emergencies.
- The Get Social channel focuses on social sciences based interventions and helps to communicate with affected communities.
- The GOARN channel is dedicated to preparing the Global Outbreak Alert and Response Network for international alert and response operations.
All courses are in English, and many are available in French and Arabic. Other language versions are in the pipeline.

It is best platform of learning and training for emergency purpose of health.
This app is an excellent & flexible learning platform! It includes relevant learning resources, tailored to the learning needs of healthcare professionals, especially in combating COVID-19. With barely 3-month experience, this learning medium has fully capacitated my understanding of COVID-19, in terms of IPC, Risk Communication, & Case Management, among several others. I'm highly grateful to WHO for this learning opportunity, & I would like to recommend it to all healthcare workers.
Easy to use, accesable and helpfull
A very nice app to learn about recent and advanced disease and technologies through video presentation and quizzes. And also they are providing certificate according to your quiz answers.
The app keeps showing me this message (please enable network connection) when I open it, don't know why ?? My internet connection is working fine and I am using all the other apps perfectly well. Can you lend me a hand in this matter.
Very easy to use. Simplicity and ease to find valueable covid19 health information and great covid19 understanding courses.
I completed a course and then downloaded certificate it ... But I'm unable too see my certificate as it say corrupted file or invalid file. Please help with reagrdings to it.

Great app, but my only problem is that I can't open my certificate file. Says invalid format. Disappointing ðŸ˜
After downloading the certificate at the end of the course when u try to open it. It says the file is corrupted or damaged

Very confidential application to inform about world health. I think there is no any application to compare it because I have used it and suggest other people and our relative to make it use.
Not sign in properly many time errors.. Please help me out of this problem. I already registered a complaint that particular problem through mail.
Why can't you choose a language???? You have to see the same news or documents in all languages. Its exhausting.
Tbh this app is kinda like reddit, you can scroll through windows that shows general knowlage, then you can tap into that window for more information. It's a good app to learn about stuff

I failed to download the videos. Try several courses, and all are the same.
I personally experience new knowledge about health perspective. Also get e-certificate of participation and achievement.
Open WHO is helpful for us health professionals. It gives updates on global health issues. Learning is self-paced so there is no pressure. Plus, the certificate is readily available once you pass the tests with at least 80% grade. Thank you WHO for such a wonderful app.
