Fun to play But..... been waiting for content of season 2 for over 6 months.. and doesn't matter if I uninstall or update game. Still stuck on the same part of game.. waiting to continue the storyline..
Game doesn't load..tells me I have connection issues. I've uninstalled & downloaded again. I've even used wifi & data to try to play but doesn't load
Loved it at first but now having trouble loading and stuck when trying to start research all of a sudden. Which is keeping me from progressing.
It wouldn't be bad if I didn't just lose years of progress. All my stuff is gone all my money gold hearts and training packs this game ripe off

Pretty fun game with realistic graphic in general, but, there's a few problems: 1. During the disaster levels, I can't make the last stitch as it didn't register my movement, is that a bug? 2. The waiting takes way too long to process for building more rooms, sending staff for tasks and upgrading departments cost too much, I wish it was shorter and cheaper. Overall, it's still a great game but there's some minor things to fix.
the game has been fun, interesting, and i totally got hooked...but it keeps not loading. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled it... but then, it forces you to go through a few stages before you can connect it to the cloud and get back to your stats. unfortunately, with this kind of super basic issue....that's overcomplicated by a design issue when the game is first redownloaded...i can't recommend this app. if it worked, I'd definitely recommend it. it was really fun while it lasted.
Would give it more than 2 stars, but you constantly have to use money to keep up. Not only that, but when you attempt to do surgeries such as the fractured legs, it wont allow you to suture up the leg, no matter how many different ways you attempt to suture it, thus causing you to fail even though you did everything correctly. The game definitely either needs and update or needs the glitches looked at, as this has happened several times now.
How can I rate the controls and gameplay when the game barely started up for me. I uninstalled as the loading time took too long. I didn't even get to the main menu as the loading page was always there (waited 30 minutes for it to load before I closed the game). I tried closing the game and restarting, but the game still didn't pass through the loading screen. Not worth my time if the game cannot even start up properly.
Would give it 5 star when i have just started. But recently i have realised that every time i enter the game, the app will just close after playing for about 2 minutes. It always happens when i try to appoint the staffs to their departments. I was trying to upgrade the dedication of my paramedic. Right after doing that, the game crashed on me and i lost both money and the supplies. Please fix this issue, thank you :).
Unplayable. When I'm coming back, it says "collect" so I did. The menu stays over everything. I can't close it no matter what I do. No way to send an error report. The game is also way too slow to upgrade and complete any mini games. Maybe 1 mini game per day because I'm not checking back in every 2 hours after the missions. Nearly unplayable when working.
it's a awesome game but there are WAY too many ads. I've had the game for about 2 days & now about every 3rd finished task an ad will pop up once I claim the prize. I can't skip the ads either. There shouldn't be anything over 30min of real time. I want to play a game, not have a virtual life. Then it keeps wanting to download more of the game that takes up space.
love love love..so realistic. just updated the app, so haven't gotten the chance to see what's new..I hope it's more story lines. outside of the game, the support is very helpful and responds in a timely manner. I had an issue with one of the tasks and they kept in contact as well as fixed the issue. only way I'd delete this game if they run outta tasks.
Fun at first and it has lots of potential but I find myself staring at the screen bc I'm waiting for hours to get a job done. Things cost WAY too much money/gold heart's so therefore makes gameplay sporadic. I'd like to be able to stay in the game and not have to come back hours later just to move forward. Ok I take it back. I LOVE this game. I just wish there were even more kinds of operations but overall I'm addicted. Keep it going!
I love the set up but there are quite a few bugs and errors that need to be fixed still. Game sometimes randomly shuts down and the progress is lost for where you were at. As well as there are times where I've been in the middle of a surgery and the whole game will freeze. Aside from some bugs that can be fixed the games fun. Looking forward to more holiday hospitals!
Really good game, very interesting however i think the cost of department upgrades, recruitment packs should be a little easier to purchase (cheaper) as i find I'm stuck and can't upgrade anything .. nothing worse than when you hit a wall and can't make any progress without having to spend your actual money on in-app purchases. how about making the things in the event store etc more affordable so we can actually enjoy the game properly, in my eyes this is letting the game down.
I can't play anymore after Level One. The interface is boringly difficult to understand, no guide buttons, what the hell? How do I advance from one level to another? I am just stuck at level two and I can't even see a help button. I loved the game, spent much data (than ever) to download, but I finally found it very frustrating.
I think the difference in gameplay of the game is good. But it takes too long to progress forward with the tasks and it's a little confusing to play at first. Also, asking everyone to email support in these replies is a bit of a cop out. And replying to ask for better rating when the person clearly indicated their frustration at the game also defeats the purpose of reviews, unless the game is made to progress faster. Probably will uninstall.
This game has so much potential, but it's so frustratingly buggy. Endless loading trying to get into special events, crashes, lost staff energy for no apparent reason or staff not regenerating energy. It's a good game, but right now, it's almost unplayable. Edit: Now the total lack of a tutorial on how to work a new mini game means it's completely unplayable. Uninstalled. How disappointing.
I really enjoy this game, it is fun and well balanced. It does however suffer from a few glitches that hopefully that they will fix. Occasionally if you close the game right away after purchasing something, like an upgrade to a room, it won't have been done when you open it up again but did resources will have been used up. Also I have twice encountered in limited time event the game being unable to load a surgery so that I can't progress any further in that event.
so far, its great! you get to manage the hospital and do surgeries at the same time. normally, you just manage the hospital but not do surgeries or vice versa. plus, there's also a story behind some of the characters which made the game more interesting. ^-^ the only downside that I see is that you cannot play it offline.
Really fun game, I like it a lot and I've been playing it for awhile. Need new surgeries. Should be more and different staff members for 2nd hospital. Cut down just a little on the ads so that every time I do one thing an ad doesn't pop up and then after the ad, my internet connection suddenly isn't good enough. Also, when is season 3 coming out? It's been "coming soon" for quite some time now. All in all, fun game, just a few points I think should be fixed.
its quite hard to get the resources to keep the game moving forward, and in one task in disaster with the bus cant be completed, it just have one button "show" and when i clicked it, it just closes and nothing happen. it was in the middle of the mission so i have spent some resources and now its stuck and nothing i can do to make it move forward. please fix it.
It was good at first. But if you are somewhere where theres no WiFi and you don't have a data plan this isn't the game for you. It won't let you run this game without internet access at ALL, probably for the ads. Also the game randomly wouldnt let me past the welcome back statistics screen. Open and closed it multiple times, restarted the phone, in the end I had to uninstall and reinstall it, but it wiped everything. I think I'm done here.
The game itself is awesome. There is a good variety of surgeries and stories , but can't get very far without being smacked with ads , the game freezing, and shutting down. You wind up watching more ads and trying to get the game to load then you do actually playing the game. Will definitely redownload if they fix all the bugs
Had to uninstall and reinstall would not connect. Now my game is gone and restarted. I was a high level on my other hospital and had so much saved up. What a waste of time and money
