**Updated** Still one star as developers apparently don't think usability is important. Can't scroll on screen, which prevents me from acknowledging a message on the login screen. Fix this PLEASE! As with other reviewers, cannot login because of screen positioning and inability to scroll. Using on Android OS via Samsung S8.
Worthless. I can't get past the message screen to access the check off. The screen on displays in landscape not portrait so I can clear the message to move on. I'll just use the program on my work laptop, but this app is a waste of memory space.
Always a lil clunky but something updated and the login/truck selection pop-ups are now huge. Because of where they fall on the screen, you can't click the button to confirm the truck which means you can't start inventory...aka use the app at all.
It makes you logout everytime you try to change to a different unit. Pretty frustrating if you inventory multiple units and have to go back and forth for any reason.
Text is too small, boxes are hard to select due to the size, forces you to use the phone in horizontal mode not user friendly for the phone at all.
This app allows me to have accesses to OP IQ on my phone so I can multitask or finish them when I'm away from my computer. It's been a lifesaver for me. It's not prefect, but it does what I need well enough that it makes my life easier.
Started with a new agency, which uses this heavily. Unfortunate it freezes with my type of phone, cubot king kong, after selecting start new shift. I hope this can be rectified. Thank you.
Used it on my kindle a few times and it was great, now it won't even open. Uninstalled and reinstalled a few times with no change.
Doesnt work doesnt even center on the screen of my phone
Because of screen position I am unable to use app. Can not hit boxes for next box.
Horizontal keyboard. Can't see what I'm typing to login
Waste of employee time
Fix the login screen.......I am not able to complete the login because the screen will not scroll.....this was a review geared towards an old phone I had....with my new phone it works great
Can't use because screen won't scroll.
Will not work with Android
It would probably a pretty solid app, but fails the initial test of "can I turn it on"
Can't login - the login box doesn't centralize on Android so can't login, works for iPhone though
I can't hit log in on any of my phones (ZTE Imax, blu energy xplus) don't know if it's the update or what but it needs to have the" fit to screen" tab checked
I love the softare when on our companies toughbook but on my tablet and phone I'm unable to login cause the screen is positioned wrong and it can't be adjusted. Hope they fix this soon
Operative IQ app is easier to use when we check our ambulance.
Can't slide screen to access login button
I'd have given 5 stars if one could pinch zoom, cannot zoom in at all
Tried to log in for ten minutes then realized it wasn't even worth it..
Would like to truly rate this but it tells me to login with a customer .... and won't let me access the menu. How do I find customer number and sign up for a login name and password?
I use this app to check off my ambulance every morning. Works very well on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3
Very convenient using the app on my Galaxy Note 3!
Using HTC incredible 4g app works well. (even though its a phone) No complaints!
Recent update fixed the Nexus 7 issues. Lack of bar code scanning to enter seal numbers is a real shortcoming that needs to be addressed.
I've had no problems with my Galaxy S4, so 5 stars. I know it's only intended for tablets. Very convenient to log in to make a quick change or request via a smart phone versus locating a tablet.
Our district just switch to this for inventory. I have no idea what we're is paying to use this, but if it's not free I'd be looking elsewhere. Horrible UI. Can't type without the keyboard covering text boxes, 2/3's of the screen is a useless menu so your stuck working in a 1/3 screen in your phone. Forced to landscape mode, makes it very difficult to navigate. I'm sure the back end of this is much nicer for inventory purposes, but they need to develop an app that actually works.
