Best app here I've used. App tone is safe pain control w/ patient first. Gets opioid/mme ratio on spot & is only App to advise results must also consider age, weight, liver, renal, other meds, psych, desired outcome. Does1+ narcs at same time. Until decimal, enter dose as whole number & move decimal(s) in answer. Am there, doing that. QED.
Overall decent app but the conversion factors do not correlate with many other sources. IV hydromorphone is a problem.
!! It's so good it LITERALLY STOPS old consultants with unilaterally twitchy eyes, no ability to see the world in other's eyes, misogynistic, head of some BASIC PHYSICS TRAINING (BPT) - not that it was a life threatening mistake, however to have a patient's dose lowered is not ideal for their quality of life despite juniors doctors' protests. Many people would rather die than be in pain. So get over yourself and get the app old man.
Conversion rates appropriate and app interface facile and self explanatory
Excellent and accurate conversions.
false information. the numbers are VERY wrong! BE CAREFUL THIS APP IS TOTALLY INCORRECT!!!!!
Wonderful App, even for US Nationals, would highly recommend it.
Wrong calculations. As a professional, calculations must be flawless. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU HAVE REALLY GOOD MALPRACTICE INSURANCE!
Massive thanks, excellent guide
Fantastic App, wished I'd seen it sooner
Does not work correctly at all.
Useful in day to day clinical ward
recommended to me as a student Nursing Associate
No fentanyl IV dose calculation
Incredibly useful and effective app but needs a decimal place when entering doses
Crashes and won't launch
Does what it says. Nothing more.
Crashes on start
Quick & simple to use. Comprehensive opioid list except for Methadone for which a converter is most helpful.
Works well supported by relevent professional bodies in australia.
Clear and easy to use.
Programmer needs to cross check calculations prior to launch. Tramadol calculation is incorrect. It is based on 0.1 mg conversion, not 0.2.
The dose conversion factor used in this calculator for hydromorphone is 3 and it should be 4.
Would be an excellent app if not for the bugs. Very frustrating that it gets stuck on the first opioid choice you select in step 3 - won't change to another no matter how many times you try
