Update has mad it so ptogram doesn't recognize my credentials. Uninstalled and reinstslled and still same error. Pls update asap
Can't understand how to use it.
I just updated the app and it says my login details are invalid. I uninstalled and reinstalled and now it just says it's loading and won't load. I think the update needs an update.
It was great but recently it's been really slow at letting me login if it even allows that. Time for an update!
I usually enjoy this app but it seems that there are bugs which are stopping me from being able to login. Every time I enter my username and password, it tells me that they are invalid. I hope that this can get fixed soon as I enjoyed its prior convenience.

Easy renewals while on the go
Go straight to OPL website, it is a lot easier. I uninstalled it.

I can't login. The app has stopped working in my phone. What once used to be convenient is now very furstrating and infuriating.
Its good when it WORKS! Most times i open it and it just says 'loading' for 10 MINUTES! Please fix this. Nothing works. They're all always 'loading'. Oh and @Joan Spares, the search button appears when you press on your 'options' button.
It would be nice if this app had notifications so that it would be possible to know if your books are due soon.
Where is the search icon? I don't see one anywhere! I finally gave up and downloaded a book in epub but couldn't open it so found and downloaded an Android epub reader. Still no luck. Frustrated.
I used to like this app but since they update it doesn't work on my phone. Very annoying. I have reinstalled it twice and it still won't work.
Convenient, but the bar code is buried under 3 menus. Main reason I installed this app is, so I don't have to carry the card. Probably the bar code or member number is the most accessed feature of this app. But to access the bar code or member number, you have to click through 3 different menus.
