i paid for ride in advance. i had to cancel a ride they would not refund. I do understand there policy but than I got double charged for canceling. they took out an additional 40 dollars. on top which makes no sense. I have tried calling them to resolve the issue. there call center is in India. there grasp of the English language is lacking. and another thing they dont have as many drivers as uber or Lyft. use them at your own discretion.
horrible first impression. app wasn't user friendly should have been my first warning.second warning was that they canceled my pickup on my departure day because they didnt have any drivers. then even after pre booking my car, I waited 30 mins for my driver while then sudnt know where the ride share pickup was. no way this will stay in business.
Just pay for an Uber or Lyft. I took the rideshare shuttle from LAX and saw a new app I haven't heard of. I looked at the Lyft rates and it was 39 for a shared ride and 48 for private. Opoli was 42 for a private so I booked it. It took them nearly an hour for them to find me a driver and made me share with two passengers in different towns and charged me for the cost of a private ride.

Paid unrefunded of my waited cash refund disputed on my followed up financial contacts since waited before while paid applied fees paid besides wells fargo effective financial credit's wasted my financial times due to own paid named expenses as aren't completed cash required followed up financials payments requires also score credit's related financials
Tried to sign up in Ontario, Calif, but wont let me sign up. I see cars on the map near me. I give up.
This is a fraud app or not sure what kind company I did two ride and trying to get the 1st rider no one show up or showing was trip and charge me two time

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! IT IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM! I WAITED 25 MINS FOR A RIDE AND NOTHING! I QILL BE DISPUTING THE CHARGE ON MY CC!

Said it contacted my driver and would provide updates, but just kept cycling through and never updated the status. Ride came an hour later and took over 3 hours to go 45 miles. Definitely deleting this app
Like it but really needs phone support for emergent issues. Txt takes too long sometime, especially AT airports.
The app didnt work and the ride I booked online never came. Also, they have no way to close your account once you open it. Use a temporary burner number if you insist on trying out this app.

I have downloaded the app and shared it with my wife. The app said "friends will receive $25 for their first ride" but she only received $5! Same thing happened to me. I dont think i will give opoli a shot over more established rideshare apps. ..............UPDATE: i just checked how much it would be to ride with opoli from Spring Valley to San Diego Airport and it was quoted $58! I can get a Lyft/Uber for $16-$22. Why would someone get an opoli for that ridiculous amount?

App used to be great and now it crashes when you try to make reservations

The ride are cheap and good and my driver gets 5 stars but this app gets two I had a promo code and then they took away because the first driver cancel on me and it was not my fault they really need to fix the bugs on the app and credit my account

You can schedule your pickups which is great!
last time i used opoli, the driver almost got in a fight with a car that was dropping someone off at the airport. This was after we had already arrived. No means of providing feedback on the service through the app. Dont bother with this service. Lyft and Uber are infinitely more reliable.
