There appears to be no benefit of using the app over the website. In fact the website is much more functional and offers important tools such as the my account section. If all you're going to do is refer me to the website then just send me a link. The colors are mundane at best the formatting and the display feel stilted and chunky. Immediately uninstalled

Pointless, the app directs you back to the website. No bill review. Why have an app if its going to open up the website. Only good feature is you can report an outage. Not worth downloading until the app gets updated with things you can do within the app.

Good way to access basic OPPD info in a mobile-friendly format. When there's a power outage at work, I can play hero by telling folks whether OPPD knows about it and how big it is. Every single streetlight is plotted on a map; if I notice one is burned out, I can report it without feeling like I'm bothering anybody. I haven't used it to pay my bill, so no comment on that.

Really no point to this app. Just links to the website. Just want to check up on my usage and bill...

Terrible app. Take the time and make a better app. I could make a better app then this one.

Useless app . If you try and pay your bill online it just takes you to their website.

The only thing this app needs it's a way to log in and find the info already entered, like the account number for example. It's just a shortcut to the page online. But still, it's useful as it is.

Great all and a lot better way to report Street light outages but at time it takes forever for the streetlight markers to show making it near useless. Also streetlights attached to a traffic light are not included

Finely a pay option

This app provides no access to view bill, pay bill, payment status, or overall account info. It's NOT a helpful or even useful app!

Map says to zoom in to see the streetlights and I've sooner in and out several time as far as I can but it does not pull up the streetlight data. This would be handy if it worked.

Add a bill pay option would make this a great app!

Well it didn't force rotate 90 degrees on my tablet so that's a good start. Would like to be able to pay my bill from this app.

The app will not let me submit an outage report because my house number is required. Which would be fine, except that there's no way to enter the house number. Which makes the app pretty much useless.

Incomplete app as far as I'm concerned. It doesn't even have the basic option of making a payment toward your bill. Would rate as 0 stars if that were an option. Please add bill pay to app. Uninstalling for now.

This app is like a nice looking car with no engine. Deleting because there is no option to securely pay my bill via mobile phone.

Crashes every time I open the app and go to see current outages via the map. Uninstalled. Please fix and then I'll reinstall it.

Realize this is in early stages but NEEDS bill pay option added to make worthwhile. Energy tips are nice.

But having the capability to pay/view your bill would be nice. I can call for any other item on the app.

Need to be able to log in without knowing account # after initial set up.....just user is and password. Should show current amount due if any

Needs to be customer specific. Want to be able to log into my account look at history and pay bill or order services. Great start though don't stop improving.

It does what is in the description. Nothing more. Easier to report a rare outage and streetlights.

Doesnt do anything but send you to chrome for everything. Why have the app? Stupid.

It looks nice, but wont let you access your account, pay your bill, see elrctric usage pee month....
