App won't open. I click on it and it instantly closes

Continual problems with both this app and with the website. Both the app and the website say they are having problems and I can't login. The major problem is there is absolutely no way of giving feedback or contacting the webmaster for the site. The phone number had nothing to do with either the app not the website itself.

I really liked the app when it was working, you can see your accurate balance and everything that came out. Then it got updated and it won't let me into the app anymore. But it also won't let me update it! I contacted customer service for help and they did nothing.

Updated App is blocking my use about a 3 second error message that says something about "debug... #. No words about repairs or maybe I just can't read it fast enough. Bad. Bad

Love the app and it's features, use it all the time. It'd be great if it gave the option to make notes on the accounts, give names/ titles to each etc.

Quick and easy to use

App errors out at least 6 times every time I try to run it saying AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED PLEASE CALL FOR ASSISTANCE. Log in screen won't even come up. Have to try repeatedly until it let's me in.

When working it's great. Sometimes the app won't load at all. When it actually works it's great for quick deposits and balance checks.

In recent weeks, app will not open on my phone (LG Venture X running Android 8.1.0). I uninstalled and reinstalled but that didn't resolve the issue.

This thec WORST BANKING APP EVER... Constantly kicks me out of the finger print log in, never remembers my password so no instant way to check on funds. Seriously rethink even using this bank or the app. They are not even functional enough to make banking here worth while. There are so many other banks and apps that work by far way better then this. I did this bank to try and support my small home town bank and I am giving up. I need a bank with a app that actually functions. UGH ..

Sometimes the app crashes or glitches out. Works perfect 90% of the time. All in all great app. I love my bank so you take the good with the bad.

Not compatible with any of my devices. It was great before the "upgrade". Now it won't even install on my new phone. Effectively useless.

App will not load. Continues to tell me it's experiencing problems and to make sure I have the latest version which I do. Very disappointed in this app.

Had my app then all of a sudden its gone. I had to redownload the app. It was working fine until now. Good Lord!

This banks app doesnt do half of what you can do on other banking apps but it is accurate information in real time from what I have experienced.

App rarely works, log in issues, debugging issues, and app won't open either.

Great app for a relatively small bank. Remote deposit, easily move money around, and it's fast.

App does not work with S22 phones. Worked great with my S10 phone.

Had the app up & running then one day refused to let me in. Uninstalled it & reinstalled it even on my new phone, it won't let me in.

Excellent customer service, and overall, quick and easy!

It stopped working on my Samsung on Oct 1, 2020. Just says error. Reinstalls no good.

This app constantly kicks me off. I have to sign in 2-3 times before accessing my account.

Great app for viewing account information. Particularly love the remote deposit feature!

great mobile option considering how far the bank is in Montana at times. Easy peasy!

Tends to freeze and not let me sign in to my account. Makes the app useless.

This app is very user friendly and always up to speed with my personal and business banking 👍👍
