New app doesn't work I can't see none of my transaction history. I have to go into my old phone which as the old app just to see my transactions. And both phone are androids fix it please this is ridiculous. This WAS the best card I recommended to a lot of friends and family and now this is not ok
Opt+, Axiom Bank is almost as bad as Go-Bank. Except Opt+ hasn't stolen from me... yet. If you need to charge back, they make you jump through hoops, then say no mistake was made. They are constantly holding your money for one reason or another. Ever since my first and only perminate card was canceled, the app never worked again. Needless to say my next direct deposit will not be made on this card.
App won't let me log in.. said authentication fail.. even though log in works fine online. Even after a password change the app won't work. Used the card for two years now with no problems at all. Online account works just fine. App is junk. Uninstalled it.
Why did you guys change the old one? Now the new one looked nice, but I'll never really know since you cant even sign in. Just fix the old one and put it back. I liked that I could see what was on my bank by tapping a app. This really sucked. Not one person had something good to say so...
Haven't been able to view my transaction history for weeks. Uninstalled and reinstalled and the app still show NO TRANSACTION HISTORY plus the REFRESH feature is useless as well!! Trash app.
Can't login to the app, changed my password from the PC twice, no luck. Seems to be a very common problem.
I cant log in it keep saying authentication failed. I even thought i forgot my password and reset it when i used the website in chrome and its still wont let me use login. I used to love this app but have yet to be able to try the new updates.
I can't log in keep saying (authentication fails) what i need to do i call to tell customer service bout it nothing wasn't done i waited 4 a month r 2 download app again still same thing so i delete it. I loged in plus i did new user still same thing. I love app i need it fix r repair.
Won't even let me log in with my account information. Lets me log in just fine on the computer but the option to load interact funds won't work online so I thought I'd try the app and I can't even log in, very frustrating.
This app dos not work on android. It work fine on iOS devices . I hop the developer fixes this issue. Again, on android devices is useless
This app is no good. The dates for the transaction dont line up right it says I've use the card today but I haven't. The transaction history needs alot of work.
Literally cannot log in. Reset password online successfully ... app says exceeds password attempts on the first login attempt and tries to redirect to reset password, but nothing happens.
Impossible to log in because keeps saying authentication failed. Did not update transaction list. Useless!!
Never can access my log of transactions. .and I've messaged. .troubleshooting. .and still nothing! You need app that actually works!
this app is hetting worse. I can't see all my transitions or credits. and it will stop in the middle of me working with it. It SUCKS
It's mostly not working. And can't use the card for direct deposit or anything like cheques. Silly really but no option it's optimum plus like it says

Horrible. Transaction history is about 2 months behind. Can't see any history for recent transactions. Terrible app.
This app is garbage and sad the won't fix this. Recent transactions hasn't loaded since September 27th. This app is useless.
New app is horrible. Wont give me all my transaction history. It is trash. The old version was better. Why fix what's not broken.
Updates on transaction history are slow. I would also like notice of transactions pending. Do this I'll give you 5 stars.
Always says maximum attempts to login when it's my first time to login and always wants me to reset psw. But my psw works perfectly fine online using my web browser on my phone.
It won't even let me login all it says is authentication error yet I can sign in with the same credentials on the website

Went to start my account lets me get up to entering my zip code but apparently it's a invalid zip how can it be invalid I've lived in the same area for two years
It does not stay up to date on transactions. that being the only thing i use this app for makes the app useless
I HAVE MONEY MISSING I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYHTHING ELSE ABOUT IT & THEY HAVE YET TO PUT IT BACK ON MY CARD.. THE SAME HAPPENED LAST YEAR I HAD $300+ MISSING BUT THEY DID REFUND THAT BACK TO MY CARD..I ALSO DONT LIKE THE FACT THAT IT CHARGES $1 FOR EVERY TIME YOU SWIPE.. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS CARD TO ANYONE!
This app only for US accounts? Because I live in Canada and It seems like I could only sign into the Canadian website.
I can not load my history to show transactions! I'm really close to letting this go
The new app is trash. They've removed too many options such as load/unload history leaving just transaction history which shows about 7 items at a time. This leaves you to scroll continually to find older transactions. UPDATE: 03/30/2019 Just tried to log into the app and it says authorization failed. Website accepts my login but not the app. TRASH!!!
