Warning, they operate under "Pace Credit Union" Vaughan, ON, (Google it). My deposit was locked once they failed to send me the new card with my name on it, I contact support, after few days of trying I got through to a call centre in Bombay India... lots of apologies and promises, I finally got the new card after 5/6 weeks but it was marked stolen upon its arrival... I can't access my deposit while they keep charging me $7 a month, I tried to contact them again, they lie & hung up on me.
I can't even log into the app from my phone. I've forgotten my username and an error comes up on my phone every time I attempt to retrieve my username by giving my account email address. I wish I had kept the old opt+ app instead of uninstalling it to replace it with this horrible new app.
Can't log in, either; wanted to be clear that this is still an issue. It's disappointing. I just got this card, am really liking it and thought the site was great, too but wanted something more accessible on the go. Also, pay attention to amounts of orders on receipts/invoices and cross reference your history, because lo and behold, I thought a merchant charged me incorrectly, so I'm waiting to hear word back, though just saw a reviewer on here, who has had the same issue.
The app froze twice and went to a blank screen where I had to log out and back in twice. Then when I tried to use the check deposit feature I got an error.
If I could rate this app AND their website below zero, I would rate them -10 zillion. This app doesn't work. I can't even log in. Once I put in my username and password, a window comes up to enter my card number. Once I do, my only option is a "cancel" button below the card number. It's impossible to log in. The website is only on the page to change my online password. I log in, and that's the page I'm on. No other link works. This is why I got a Netspend card. Their app is fully functional.
As of 1/14/22 They finally updated this app and it works great to everyone that's been waiting I know I have.... Great job opt plus after years later smh
This app is terrible now, you can't see your transaction as fast as it used to be & it keeps changing for the worst, At first this app worked fine but after the new updates it hasn't worked as well. Why doesn't it have the same workability as before who knows.. I hope it's fixed and we can start reading our bank statements more recently then after a few weeks or months even. The app had grate future & for some reason now they don't work as they used too.
If I could give it negative numbers i certainly would. I've been on the phone with Cash Money and I must say the customer service has been excellent however when it comes to the android app it's really bad. Can't get past the login section. When I enter my log in credentials it stops and it won't go any further. Not cool Cash Money. I'm willing to bet nobody checks these online reviews so I really do not expect anything to change. I'll be closing my account. Not good for business Cash Money.
Absolutely frustrating!!!App has never worked properly,I have told Opt+ repeatedly and like the morons they are they haven't fixed the problem in three years, how many times do you have to complain to get the problem remedied? Don't waste your time or data with this garbage app!!!
This is a debit card issued by Speedy cash. If you get a loan, you can have the money loaded on the card, if you choose. You can also load it with cash but you have to go to a Speedy cash store to do it. It's a nice card. Use it as you would any debit card. ATM withdrawals, online purchases, grocery stores, shops, gas station. I love it. Nothing negative to say..no complaints!
Impossible to log-in. The app displays a pop-up box asking for the card number, you can type the number into the box but you can't "enter" it as the pop-up box ignores the enter key on the keyboard and there is no built-in enter/proceed button on the app. Lousy design
Literally 0% accuracy in transaction History. Wont show my initial deposit, and its taking forever to recieve a 700$ refund. Also doesnt work with a PIN. I never got to set one yet theres one i cant even use since i dont know it.
I can never get details on history or anything other than balance. Tried on different devices and still the same. Been this way two years now. I changed my old review because you have made no attempts to resolve. Your app is worthless.
The transactions are not up to date compared with the web page and some are missing. Changing the password (required) is terrible.
I CAN'T LOG ON TO GET PAYMENTS AND BALANCES. I HATE THIS NEW APP. THE OTHER ONE I HAD WAS SO SIMPLE EVRYTIME I USED IT I WOULD GET A TEXT MESSAGE WITH PAYMENT/WITHDRAWALS AND BALANCES. I WAS ALWAYS AWARE OF ACTIVITY ON MY ACCOUNT. THIS NEW ONE I HAVE TO LOG ON SIGN IN EVERYTIME I WANT INFO. I HATE IT I HAD TO GO TO ONE OF YOUR STORES TO HELP ME INSTALL APP THEN OPEN IT. STILL NOT WORKING BEEN WITH YOU FOR YEARS. WAS HAPPY. CONSIDERING A CHANGE HELP! FIX PROBLEMS WILL STAY DON'T FIX WILL GO :(
App is garbage. Tried to create a new user account, entered my card number, the next screen says "scroll down and select I agree" or there's a cancel button. Yet there is no scroll bar and the page is blank.

Transactions are slow to post. Hard to understand when they finally do. Try to change password is a nightmare will not accept or gives you totally different prompt then needed. In this day and age how hard to make a half decent app???
App finally opens but doesn't recognize my user name and password. When I select new user, it allows me to choose my existing username and then asks for ssn, which isn't necessary. After five years of using this app, I hope this gets fixed.
Bad app. Once register on the app it doesn't allow you to log in. Kept asking for card number, and when entered nothing happened. Never was able to login.
Been months and still can't log in the app. I know the developer is seeing all these reviews. Can NOT get pass adding card number to log in only allows you to cancel adding card to move on
It worked then it didn't. Why do developers have to mess with a good thing. The first version was more secure and less glitchy.
Horrible. This has to be the worst app. Your purchases take forever to post. Can't never log in. And your operators are impossible to get a hold of. And they neveriayen to you anyway.
Won't work. Unless application. Won't let you log in. Waist of phone storage. Easier to go to the website directly.
Absolute trash! The "forgot username" tab won't resize so you cant see it to use the enter button. It's like the app was designed by a elementary school student who got a D in coding!
