I've spent lots of money at Optics Planet. Love this place! Best prices and I've saved a lot on shipping too with OP bucks and coupon codes. This place can't be beat. My only complaint is ordering a item that I find later is backordered (forgetting to tick the in-stock tab) and each day watching the ETA extend more and more. It got so bad I just called Cross Armory who actually sent me the part free of charge which Opticsplanet didn't have. I wish OP would stop selling backordered items.

The app is functional. OpticsPlanet itself is the problem. I've had 7+ shipping delays. It first said 5 days. Here I am a month later without my item. I've tried calling, emailing etc and have yet to talk with a living person. I've requested callbacks through their automated system and nothing. Go to brownells or literally ANYWHERE ELSE if you want to save time and sanity. Uninstalling and never working with this app or site again.

This app has great deals, it's fast and easy to shop on. It's just as good as the website only in an app. It's neat and simple, and a great place to get shooting and outdoor accessories. Oh and the deal section on the home page really has good deals.

The app is fine but your shipping speed has consistently been absolute trash over the years.. Buyer beware, be prepared to wait a long time for your order.

OpticsPlanet did an outstanding job having this app developed. Hands down one of the best apps i have ever used. The UI is very clean and scrolling is seemless. I have zero complaints. But i do have one suggestion. User uploaded images in product reviews would be great. In my case, as an example, as i compile a list for my ar build, i would like to see how certain products look in that context. Plus it's neat to see other people's equipment and a great way to get idea.

You can get EVERYTHING from tactical gear, clothes, vests, plate carriers, MOLLE POUCHES for gear, clips, scopes, Ammo, and there's ALWAYS SALES Optics Planet is for the Modern Day person who wants to take care of their family or themselves with tens of thousands of products to choose from.

The app itself works fine, the shopping experience is hit or miss. Sometimes they get me my stuff quick, other times it takes weeks. Never purchase ammo from them, they will say it's in stock then suddenly it's back ordered after paying. I bought IN STOCK ammo two months ago and this happened to me. Now they can't deliver till January! Had to cancel the order, to add insult to injury they charge you for back ordered ammo unlike Sportsmans guide who wait till it ships to charge.

I've ordered several items from Optics Planet. And they have all reached my home. In great shape everything packaged very well. And showed up in a timely fashion for me. And the products that are in there on catalog are great. I'm in the process of building several AR's and getting ready to place a very large order from Optics Planet. And have every confidence that my order. Will show up as usual in great working order. And packaged very wrapped and boxed up. Thanks Optics Planet. Big JBB

Great selection, with fair prices in a time when others are gouging our eye's 👀 out. Not throwing any "cheater than dirt" under the bus though!!!!!!!!!!

Would be fine, but it takes weeks, and sometimes months for orders to be processed. Even before covid, they were slow. Theyll advertise something is in stock, but when you order it, it changes to out of stock so you gotta wait. And then, i just ordered some tools, almost 2 weeks ago, and they are still in stock, but that order hasnt even been processed. Getting in touch is also not that simple.

I love optics planet and shop there frequently but the utility of a shopping app without a wishlist function escapes me. There is no benefit of downloading the app. Actually it is somewhat of a hindrance considering I have to bookmark items i am interested in. I can only bookmark on a browser. If there were a wishlist function the app would be 5 stars. i do love the fingerprint sign in function though that is cool.

Its Optics Planet in an ap! I use it to come pair prices and sometimes they have the better price on things. Plus, Optics Planet has things that you may not be able to find on other sites like it. I enjoy it an use it two or three times a week for sure.

App seems fine, but the business is not. Do not purchase a thing from them. If the item is even in stock, they'll delay your shipping and then use a cheaper shipping option than what you paid for. In my case, I paid for 2 day shipping and they used 5 day shipping. I'll be going through my bank to cancel this order.

Terrible service. I placed an order April 2nd and they sent me an email saying it would be 7-17 business days to receive my item. After almost a month I requested a refund. After they got the request and "refunded it back" 4 business days later I still haven't got the refund an they tried pulling the money out of my account again. This is extremely irritating. You shouldn't charge a customer for something you don't have it stock. When I initially placed the order it said in stock but it wasn't.

They did me ok. Got good products a little high priced. Good selection but sometimes dont show the different brands. Had 2 problems with no longer existing products that were "available" one was emailed to still come only to not a month later. They a good app tho overall.

Pure garbage man they left out that I could not return an item out of an order even though they left out how long it was going to be until the product was available,now their policy is they can't even give me something of equal xchange because I have to wait till next year for product in which I don't even know if the address will be good by then nor do I even want that item anymore because I've gotten it from somewhere else but they don't want to give me something of equal value? Garbage app!

Seriously don't know what happened to this company but don't waste your time just buy it on Amazon you'll get it faster and probably cheaper. This is absolutely ridiculous. This is why the big giant retailers won't die because you don't even try to compete. Bought something waited over a week just to find out that one of the items needed a specific ID to purchase which is fine because I have said ID. But I needed the items for a specific contract and they waited a week to tell me.. no bueno

Don't list something for sale if you can fulfill the item. It's been 7 months since I placed order and you all keep pushing the date up because you don't want to honor the price you sold it at, but are fulfilling new order at new prices. No ethics, no values, and no customers service. I'd send my business to a company that stand behinds its name.

I've had more problems with orders from optics planet than any other company i can remember. They'll sell you stuff they don't even have in stock. I ordered one part just to find out it could take 20 days to be in stock. Took them 7 days to ship items that were actually in stock. This is a big bloated business just like walmart they are plagued with issues. The only good thing about OP is they accept paypal credit.

Horrible first time experience. I ordered 2 scopes totalling $1200 OP told me over the phone they would ship immediately and they would upgrade me to 2 day shipping. It's been almost 2 weeks no packages. I called a week ago and they apologized and said they had just got my scopes in and were shipping out on Friday or on Tuesday because of labor day. Again 2day shipping. I asked are you sure cause on Amazon I can literally get them tomorrow. They reassured me just so I didn't cancel. Now I can't.

Good Layout and check out is on par with most apps. Great selections and customer support is very good. Reps are knowledgeable about the products and will give HONEST EVALUATIONS; if they aren't sure, they will actually TELL YOU SO!!! Highly recommend Optics Planet...... 4-Star rating is b/c I rarely give a 5-star rating TO ANY APP. 5-STAR means (in my humble opinion) that there is NO ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT and EVERYTHING is beyond reproach/perfect. I love the app, but there needs to be a "add to wish list" or "save for later" button or something. That way I can make a list of everything I want and just work my way down my list. Do that, and I'll give 5 stars. Edit: As of September 20th, you added the wish list option. So as promised, 5 stars.
