As others have said, won't recognize correct email and password. Cannot use this garbage app.
App wont let me put in my code, swings back to the password log in window before I get my Information put in. Not happy. Why cant these big companies do proper apps...
cant login anymore just gives random error messages

While I should not have had to because I had logged in not too long ago, I now can't reset my password. And what's more annoying is the lack of an error message. I'm very frustrated...
New to Optik, the search function is horrible so thought I would try the app. Hitting the search button on the guide tab simple adds a space, like I'm hitting the space bar. Also only shows about 6 hours on the guide. Completely broken.
Doesn't work at all anymore. This was one main reason we stayed with Telus, so we could record a show or live sport if we weren't home to set it.
Seems to be broken for one reason or another more often than not. Not surprising considering the issues with just basic PVR functions. I left Shaw for the same reasons so I guess it's time to switch back.
Used to be able to see the guide and record shows while not at home; now it won't even load, need an update to fix the app
Used to work well enough, but now it won't allow me to record shows from the guide. It's now useless and it doesn't seem as though telus cares. Shame
App no longer works. Have a new phone. Won't work on either phone. Even with resetting and confirmation codes
App used to work good before i updated the app.now it stopped working. Now it says wrong email and password is wrong.
Only complaint is left panel on guide is too narrow and unable to see half of 4th digit as is covered by detail pane.
Works fine for some functions, less so for others. I can't get it to "watch now" or "record" consistently from the guide using the remote upper pane on the right but it'll navigate channels from the lower pane, odd.
In the most recent samsung update the guide display was wiped out....says Optik wad written for an older version.
Some features work alright but the remote interface is horrendously awful. Missing features present on telus branded remotes. How the remote features are laid out in this app is truly baffling when they had a physical object to replicate!
Overly invasive permissions. Asks for way too much information to perform a simple task.
Used to work flawlessly, now every time I'm out and about and desperately want to record something, it DOESN'T WORK. No matter how many times I tell it to record a show, it never registers and I get home to find nothing started. Fix please!
Bad app, does not recognize my log in credentials nor does it let me successfully create an account after I receive a confirmation code by email
No skip feature on the remote. Not user friendly. Working ok now

It's trash. Nothing shows up on the channels. When it works it's fine.

This app keeps asking for your email and password then tells you incorrect email App is terrible hope they fix these bugs
Not working. I cannot login lately. I reinstalled the app, I deleted and recreated account but still can't login.
