Optimum Support

App displays in landscape mode and won't rotate or slide left to right, only up and down. What good is this on a cell phone ?????

Useless. Display is mostly off my screen and can't be moved so it can be seen.

Tried using it and it told me i had no internet access despite having no trouble watching youtube or using my browser on my phone.

Does not work with latest Android OS

It needs to be updated doesn't work

No reason to make this app and certainly none to download and even less to use. Exactly what you'd expect from Cablevision; pay to make useless apps that don't work and continue to let you're already crappy service deteriorate... I can't wait for FIOS!

I downloaded this app to write a review about the ACTUAL Optimum app. It has been multiple months, and they have still not updated the app to work on Android 7.0, which makes the app more useless than it usually is, as both my phone and tablet are on 7. Optimum needs to actually update the app, and make a version optimized for tablets. For now, it's a 1, when normally it will be a 3 or 4, depending on how laggy it decides to be.

This app was worth having until recently. Lately, I have been having trouble trying to get on that app. However, everytime I tried log on to that, it keeps coming up with an error message stating "Couldn't log in - unexpected error occurred, please try again later." And it seems nobody from Cablevision is doing anything about it. I told the customer service rep about it, but nothing.

I downloaded this app simply to write a review. This is an utterly useless app. It really serves zero purpose. There is no feature to stream live TV, similar to the iOS app. Please update this hot garbage app. Please Please Fios...come to Brookhaven Town on Long Island.

I agree with a lot of the reviews. This app is really useless and doesn't work. I don't even know what app is really like because an error occurs when I try to log in. Don't waste your time with this.

Internet is down and I can't live chat from their web page via mobile device. Installed this app and no option for live chat. Frustrating.

This app is nothing more than speed test. It just tells you to check connection on modem and router. Don't understand why some one need to download this crap.

Used it once. Now it thinks I'm not connected to the internet. I'm on my WiFi at home and it wouldn't even let me log out. It kept saying not connected to the internet. Trash

Optimum is the worse cable company ever!!! The biggest mistake i made was switching from Fios to optimum, i will be switching back

Its telling me im not connected to the internet... This company is a joke... I had to resolve my own dvd player issue.

Garbage! I downloaded this app to make it easier to pay my bill, well now the damn thing doesntvopen without an error message. Piece of garbage for a abosoult garbage company!

I haven't been able to use this app in more than 4 month. It tells me that it can't sign me in right now, and I know it's not my password because I sign in on regular internet and it goes in with no problem.

I used to love this app. I have been using this app for more than a year. Paying my bill was a breeze. But for the last month or so, I've been getting an error message when I go to log on and I'm inconvenienced by having to do it through the website site. Please fix and I'll give you 5 stars.

Useless for my purpose. Have security webcams and when modem crashes want ability to restart it remotely. Instead, will program a mechanical timer to cycle modem power off/on - more reliable than CV.

all I want is to give my money to optimum for its substandard service. but they can't even manage to make a reliable way to give them my money. can you imagine what would happen to telecom in a world of actual competition?

You would think that an app that's meant to pay your bills would work but no this app is useless

Internet support is not working..!! Every single day I lost my internet connection. And sometimes the internet speed is down. Then i need a internet support... But this apps is not helping.... 😠

Utterly useless, error message upon clicking sign in for more than a few months already. Is it really that hard to fix one issue that hundreds of not thousands of people have already reported?
