To change the WiFi Network password, the steps/instructions for the Optimum Support App is not correct. Those instructions do not exist and is not made available after the sign in. Please make these initial steps workable and easy to find and navigate the "WiFi settings." There is no "WiFi settings" to tap on to change the password. I have wasted so much time!

Worst app in the universe! As I’m chatting with the evasive agent, it clears my screen then asks me to reload the app, in the process, I lose connection to the evasive agent, and get your virtual agent, Allie, Miss Altice. Great work!!! All I wanted was my shipment tracking information. I wasted an hour with this abomination of an app and bad customer service.

I downloaded this app and ended up with print over print making it unable to read. I think. Please help with this issue. Every time I try to log in the wrong line causes me to miss my intent. Very frustating.

Useless. Display is off the right side of the screen and can't be adjusted. Update: still useless. If I could give less than 1 star I would. 2nd Update: no improvement. If I had a choice, I would not use Optimum for anything.

I literally can't do anything with this app. It always says there's a problem loading billing information so I can't pay my bill with it. Everything else is equally useless. I really don't like Optimum.

If I could give half a star I would. This app sucks. But what would I expect I guess from a company whose services as well as customer service, also sucks? I wish Old Bridge NJ had Verizon FiOS. Had them for years and never an issue. Optimum has been an issue since literal day 1.

This app keeps freezing . When I try to access my profile the app stops and return me to my main screen . Accessing my account from the web on Google is the best and only way I can access my optimum account. This is just taking up unnecessary space on my phone. Fix this app so we customers can access our accounts and pay our bills safely from the private application on the phone , rather than putting my information in on a open web browser ! This is unacceptable period! Optimum is a waste of 💲

Update to my last review. I do not see an edit button. What I did for the change is contact the developer of the app. Answered a few questions to Greg, who wrote back right away. An update was pushed, I reinstalled and I was signed in successfully. I'm using this for paying the bill. So, now, it's good.

One of the WORST apps ever. Every update it gets worse and worse. Now, it just no longer even loads for nearly two months. I need the app to pay easily, as I am on the go a lot and don't always have access to a laptop. So now, I have to use website only. Very inconvenient and annoying considering the rates we pay for service. Very disappointed. UNINSTALLED, needless to say.

Completely useless app when wanting to find Service Call updates, which is why I installed this in the first place. Scheduled for 10am - 8pm. The guy was literally in my house, for at least 30 minutes and no update. Can't scroll from side to side on recent call lists. Very slow to NO response when clicking on options. From the simplest to the most important... complete failure. If anyone wants to become a billionaire, just come to Long Island and start a cable company.Whatever's better than this

Completely useless. A bunch of links to tutorial videos and what not. You CAN pay your bill with it, but I don't see the point. Most of the app menu items simply take you to the Optimum website. I was told by a customer service rep to download this app to track when the technician will arrive at my house for service, and the description of the app includes something along those lines, but I see no such feature in the app itself.

Very dysfunctional app. It's most likely had a negative impact on my credit score. I set up auto pay and think I'm all set then I get an email that says I'm past due. I've gone in and checked everything reset the credit card and it seems ok but I just got another past due notification. I called and spoke to a representative but she can't help me. I'm redirected to go in and remove everything in auto pay and try again. Not a user friendly company at all. Bah Humbug !

This is terrible service I have ever seen. They increased my internet bill without letting me know. So, when I tried to return the service, they charged me for entire month, just for 1 day later I returning the equipment to Optimum store. Even I used Optimum for last 8 years. No, any advantage. They interested only on your money. I hope they will go down, since internet is not that much popular for the wired service, around many wireless competitors are coming out.

With my older Android LG V20 phone, I was able to program, erase, view any recordings I have in any of my TV boxes. I updated to a Samsung Galaxy 10+ nearly 5 months ago. The App says that It was designed for an older Android system. My phone and the Android updates were introduced long ago, that your App should have been updated to keep up with the times! I can no longer access any of the above features, which were very useful! Please update the App or make a new one that works with newer Android systems!

Optimum does everything in a very confusing way and half the time their stuff doesn't work.... cell phone keeps disconnecting account you're logged into adoptive them and they haven't been able to figure out the problem with my phone and fax line for the Last 5 Years. I can't print remotely. I cannot receive faxes, I don't get notification of messages.... list goes on and on. I am with them only because of continued otherwise I will be gone long time ago

tried to cancel gave them back their equipment and they did not cancel spoke to them 4 or 5 times and still did not cancel me.This started in Januaryi ordered the phone and service on 01/03/2022 They received the equipment back on the 6 I spoke with them and told them I wanted my refund they kept giving me a story so they owe me about $120.00 and they keep billing me the last time I spoke with them they me that my number was canceled but my account was still opened DON'T USE THEM THEY SUCK BAD

Negative 5. Very laborious: difficulty maneuvering; wobbling screen; micro print (if you zoom the screen wobbles and overlays preventing input); slow response after taps; too many "no reply" emails which prevents resolution of problems/issues efficiently; worst email system: micro print doesn't allow clean taps or maneuvering; tells me that they will close my account for non-use eventhough I set up folders in June and used regularly after finally getting assistance requested since January.

This app is malfunctioning or something. Half the time, I can't sign in, and the other half, I can't pay my bill. I haven't been able to pay my bill through the app or online for almost 4 months now. I keep having to call customer service and go through automated hell to make a phone payment. This is the most inconvenient set-up ever.

The current layout is for desktop viewing. It is not mobile friendly. Info is for landscape view but does not flip when you flip your phone thereby cutting off all necessary info, nor does it allow you to scroll over. Other than Bill Pay and FAQs, in my opinion, this app is useless.

Terrible. Cannot control payment amounts. Does not identify account where payment is being taken from. Chat doesn't work. Back button closes app instead of going to prior screen. No way to save payment confirmation info. And don't expect phone support. You need to dismantle your cable box so you can read the number to the person at the offshore call center.

So for the past 3 hours i have been withouth cable and wifi. I have two Altice boxes which are reading "CM Registering". The only time it changes was to display something about the intial router failing...i can not log into the app to speak to someone to clear this situation. I will change my stars when the problem is resolved.

Terrible app. The drop-down box for the "Chat request type" does not allow any selection. As such, an actual Chat (when you REALLY need one because you have an issue, like I do right now) is not even possible. As such, the app is mostly worthless. As such, I'm uninstalling this waste of space from my phone right after I post this.

This app has nothing in the way of actual support features. It would be nice to be able to actually use it to trouble shoot, say, poor internet speed or why are streaming services constantly buffering. Until this app has some actual support features, one star. Would liked to have given a half star, but I digress.

ridicules: If your going to have 3 payment options(amount due, account balance, other amount)One should actually be able to use all these options. How convenient that the app is always stuck on one option not allowing you to use the rest of your "options". You sarcastic, cable monopoly, you. If you were to fix this issue. You might see a higher rating on your app.

This app is nothing more then bill assistant. Chat is absolutely trash and it needs to be improved. If I leave optimum service, this will be one of the few reasons. It really makes the experience very very very unpleasant and frustrating.
