Horrible, it used to work great years ago, then incurred many bugs and problems, they never fixed it after all these years. I find it amazing that they still offer you to download a faulty app and then actually ask you to review it, I find that head scratching!!
I can't believe they STILL haven't fixed this app. Been trying it attempting periodic reinstalls over the past 2 years. I used love it on my Moto G3 but after I upgraded to a Moto G7 running Android 9, like others with newer Android's, it just won't open. Come on Optimum, your making huge profits from your cable service. Fix your damn app!
I installed this app to check if I could login into Optimum so called hotspots. In a Samsung Galaxy S8 this app won't open. it keeps crashing no matter what I tweak with it. I have been trying to login to hotspots and the site keeps telling me that my login info. I will call Optimum and let then have a piece of my mind.
This is ridiculous. Dont do Optimum!! App won't open, wifi service disruptions at least 1x within the billing cycle. I have to go back to Verizon. The extra $ is worth it. You know the service is consistent and there Hot Spots are reliable and readily available.
Opens, shows map, but any hotspots, even ones im on top of wont let me connect. I try with my wifi settings and cant find anything suggesting that this app is providing accurate information. Wish optimum would provide better information or at least update. I give this a zer0...
Samsung Galaxy s8 active owner, app wont even open. Typical of all Optimum products, this app is garbage that doesn't function. Only difference between app and other optimum trash is that they didnt bill me for the app download, but knowing Optimum, it's already in the mail.
Trash. Doesn't even load up. Do not waste the extra space on your phone. You should just at the little extra with your phone provider for hotspot or find an app that allows free WiFi.
I gave one star because unlike others I can actualy open it. Problem is all the map updates say 'success'.. yet .. 5 seconds later when the maps dont load: 'map updates failed'. Like all of optimums products, this multibillion dollar company somehow is the proud owner of a product with 1.9 out of 5 stars.
Downloaded for Note 9, app doesn't even load.. attempted clearing data as well as uninstall & re-install. Even connected to optimum wifi while doing so & app just crashes.
They need to remove this app. It's not been updated in 5 years, crashes immediately upon trying to open. Waste of space. Also shows how much contempt and how little consideration they have for their customers.
I wish I could give more of a review than what follows here, but the app won't even open. it repeatedly crashes at startup. Here's the review: well, actually, I guess I just gave it. Oh well.

Junk. Its as bad as the flaky optimum wifi signal with one device working and 5 refusing to work.
It never worked for me, just like their crappy service, but I just read on their website that this app has been "retired" as of 6/22/2020

Never opens/connects to my account, up when I'm outside my house!?? yes I've tried signing in multiple times. NADA
Won't open .... and no way to connect to any optimum hotspot .it either tell me my password is incorrect or it lock me out of my account ...in order not to log in....this is the worths they got so far....optimum just don't respect us.

Doesn't work, pay over $250 a month for package, would think would be able to login for wifi in hotspots. No wonder Verizon is winning the game.

While the mysteries of wireless network access remain largely impenetrable to me, this application makes them slightly more amusing than having absolutely NO idea why from one day to the next service is unpredictable and sporadic. As far as I can tell, it works very well without clarifying anything useful. Whither the vaunted superior security of Optimum Passpoint?
