Clicking on news articles causes an in-app browser to launch the page in a very non mobile friendly way constantly having to scroll left and right to view the page... Also liking Robinhood way better and making much more money with its free Trading. Also, lowering rating because updates should not be released without release notes...

Opened an account, placed 2 trades, both went well and then I recieve an email saying they have decided to close my account with no explanation. I called customer service and same thing, no explanation. I have good credit, account is fully funded, and the trades I did were very simple...strangest thing I have ever seen. I will go somwhere else to trade I guess...

This app is ok and makes trading on the go easier. UI needs updating but all information is readily available. I wish we could trade spreads. That is the only thing missing here. Keep up the great work. Also put release notes. Don't give us updates without release notes.

The idea of the app is good. Has potential. Love the website but the app is clunky. Not user friendly. Not a smooth transition to different screens. Not easy to see a snapshot of P/L per stock from dashboard. You have to open each app individually. Can't wait til they become one with etrade. Etrade's app is WWAAAAYYY better! So for now I rather pay a higher treading fee with Etrade due to it being a better app to use on the go and being able to quickly see updates on how my stock is performing.

Cannot go to settings Click on settings and the app keeps flickering. Back button or recent doesn't work when flickering. Had to reboot phone to get rid of app.

Does this app has fingerprint support for login as in IOS device. Its difficult to remember all passwords and type them everytime you want to check your portfolios.

I'm still using the old OH app. It was and still is a great app. Judging by all the negative reviews I won't install the new app. I think this was the strategy behind Etrade buying OP. Take out the competion and then raise the commission fees.

Even after slowness in their app I was able to make trades on my LG G5 phone. But recently I got mto G4 play and the app freezes on options screen of the stocks.

This app needs to be updated to match the iOS version. It behaves like a 5 year old app, while the Apple version is smooth and much more user friendly.

Blinked then crashed on JB 4.1.2 every time I clicked on Settings icon.

The web view that is being used really isn't that great. It doesn't behave like a native application, so it is unintuitive by default. The color scheme is outdated. For Android it should be using material at least. Most of the functionality is solid, but the reactiveness of the ux is poor, slow, and suffers from the downfalls of a webview app.

10 business days to withdrawn your funds (despite the industry standard being 3-5 business days), long wait times for customer support, non-friendly staff, clunky and lagging trading program, and all around terrible experience. Save your money and frustration and go with literally any other broker.

I have been using this app for a year. The only complaint I had was the inability to set alerts. But they have fixed that.. if ur trying to do day trading strictly from ur phone, ur setting ur self up for failure. Use the website for that from a good computer on fast internet. This app is good for when ur running home for lunch and don't want to miss anything on the trip home

Very poorly designed app. Functionality wise seems to have all the features required, but the UI is horribly adapted to mobile devices. Tiny little icons are hard to use. The developer shop better expand their test device coverage to include high resolution devices.

Not the best out there but does the job. Sometimes there's a bug which prevents changing the sell price on an already existing order. It is frustrating when it doesn't allow you to modify the existing order.

needs simpler, modern material app interface to match their logo. a lot of brokers including you could learn from robinhood. an interface that's not easy to use drives away a lot of users. percentages even on popular tickers are sometimes 0, which doesn't make any sense and is unacceptable. requires me to log in again every time I open the app. why is this not optional? graphs are clunky and sometimes do not work. ticker searching does not allow for special characters. come on, even robinhood can do that.

Navigation within the app is very difficult. Why can't I right swipe to see the menu like I can with any other android app? Also we need PIN functionality for phones that dont have fingerprint support. It's painful to enter full password everytime to open the app.

Download this app after follow a link inside a FOREX chart app. The link said " start trading EUR/USD on optionshouse" after setting up an account from the link and downloading this app I find out I can't trade On FOREX with this app. It was deceitful and false advertising.

This is one of the better brokerage applications that I used. However, I really wished it had a quick log in which used the fingerprint or pin number to go into the application. The UI is good, but not great.

Stock prices are not real time, especially the last 2 weeks it's even said delayed on my screen. It admitted to being a crappy app...

Good overall, but it is missing some simple features such as fingerprint long-in, such as Robinhood has. The UI has a bit of a learning curve, but once learned it is decent.

I do not like that it is delayed all the time. Need more technical indicators and need to be able to draw trend lines

App works great. Interface is a little difficult at first but you get use to it. Easily operated and has great screeners. Only problem is having to login everytime you leave the window. PLEASE FIX THAT!!! A QUICK PIN OR ANYTHING WILL BE GREAT!

Doesn't work at all on my phone an LG the first screen says tap on the menu icon nothing happens I uninstalled and reinstalled still nothing happens

Doesn't update quotes quickly. Connection to data is very fast though. Love the service but thus very hard to invest

App barely works now. Everything is delayed by many minutes. Lost money because of this app. So slow. Crashes all the time.
