Trust anchor certification not found
It would be a great app except that since the last update, Bollinger Bands don't work and live stock price streaming STILL doesn't work. It worked in 2016. I have Android 4.0. My OS isn't the problem. I will change my review if OX will fix these issues.
With a lot of money at stake the app will just simply times out and not work costing you tens of thousands of dollars it is not as user-friendly as its competitors. The highest Commissions in the market and they can't even launch an app that is stable
Keeps hanging on my S7. Have to use my laptop to open and close trades. Not good especially when I have to run around and can't depend on my mobile app
Worst app ever, and to think you entrust your money management on this app. Keeps freezing, crashing and non responsive most times.
I can't believe how bad it is. My experience has sucked and matches other current reviews. It times out on me and doesn't work at anytime. I don't ever recall having issues with other apps I use. That's how bad it is.
The app is currently not opening for me. It opens then instantly shuts down and goes back to login page. Never had this problem before till update occurred.
Used to work. Platform update broke it. Times out on lookup. Irritating. Can't believe a major financial institution released this product and hasn't fixed it for weeks. Lost thousands because I used to be able to count on trading in the field.
The app is pretty bad. It's slow and cumbersome. You need to sit down with users and pick their brains and get a UX expert or two to fix it.
The app used to work fine, now it times out very often. It is the most frustrating thing to have this app timeout when you are trying to enter a trade when under time constraints.
App keeps crashing. It won't load options chains. Unusable! It used to work quite reliably but now is terribly buggy and slow.
This app work great for my needs. I only do some share trading with this app. The trade are executed straight away.
More updated news, better candle stick chart, incl. 5 days chart and less sluggish performance would make this at least a 4.5 star app

They appear to have cleaned it up quite a bit, so I'm moving from 2 to 4 stars. NEEDS: ability to log in with fingerprint.
Extremely slow and irritating. The app doesn't work properly.
It freezed all the time when using it on my Samsung galaxy S7
The newest update does not draw Bollinger Bands on charts. Please fix. 2 months later still no Bollinger Bands.
Works great. Have been using for about 2 years now. Would recommend to anyone interested in trading.
Freezes alot. Especially when your in a rush to sell or buy.
Does not work since the last update. Can't perform any trades or even open trade menu!!! App freezes as soon as you log in.
First time with a Stock account! Have to get more experience to actually, rate it!
Interactive Brokers app has so much more. How about add dividends payable to start
