Pathetic service ever seen. I placed the order through app and called three times to call centre for follow the order that I did not receive. At 3rd time they said we cancelled it, you were not receiving rider's call, whereas I did not receive any call from rider. And interesting point is that in the app status was showing your order has delivered. Nonsense people. I uninstall the app.
pathetic app, mobile code never arrives while registering. no guest logins, no option to select bun or other items in xtras...user interface also laggy, uninstalled it. and oh yes when i called their helpline they say delivery not possible in your area, while there are two branches nearby from which i had deliveries in the past....called them again and they took my order this time...i would have given 0 stars if option was available!!!!
I ordered the food and they cancelled it after 2 hours without any reason, they should have atleast called me before cancelling it and should apologise for wasting my time. 2nd i tried to complain about it on there customer service and they just transfer the call to the concerned department and each departments takes 4 minute to pick the call and then just transfer to someone else. Worst experience!. Total waste.
Trying to open the applicayion since one hour but failed. Every time when i open, it crashes... Unintalled and re-installed application but same issue accures.. humble suggestion that make Chips only if you are unable to handle IT dept.
The app used to work fine but for the last month it doesn't work at all. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it a million times. But it just doesn't show any options or any deals. Just shows the home page and that's all.
Very bad app, i have to select combo option in order to add to my cart! Otherwise its crashing! Very bad! Want to give you -1 star!
Worst experience. Terrible customer service. Placed an order and received it after more then 2 hours 30 mints followed by multiple calls to the customer service. Food was cold as it was cooked days back.
Can't place order without registering and register gives unexpected error. Please hire good developers both app and website are pathetic. If you can't hire good developers let me know I will fix for free but don't disappoint your customers like this.
Extremely stupid app. Order placed since 3 hours. No delivery yet. No contact number where you can ask about ur order details. Just "pending" showing since 3 hours. Extremely unprofessional.
Worst ever delivery service, didn't received order still after 1.5 hours. I ordered through this App and also called their helpline 3 times but they just keep saying rider has dispatched. Extremely disappointed. 😡
Such a pathetic app. I got Registered and couldn't log in. You don't have any other way to contact the franchise for Delivery services and the only way that you provide that is the app which is pathetic!
Sometimes app works sometimes goes blank. Not showing menu currently. However previously it was working fine. Not consistent
Worst app on playstore. Seems like they contacted the kids to make this app for them. Extremely disappointed I wanted to upload the screenshot but unfortunately thats not an option here.
I have tried alot to register my account but every time i get error "Invalid data". I dont understand what is wrong with this app.
Its trash.... dont download this app....the app and food both are useless. I ordered two pizza fries and it was only fries there. App is very slow and doesn't work.

Work on your app. It's a total waste of time. It crashes whenever I add something into my cart.
The app is good. As for menu I don't like their burgers except zing burger which is very good but everything else is just perfect.

This app is a total waste of of time rather use foodpanda....I ordered some food and after an hour and a half they told this order cannot be delivered.....you people need work on it
Such bogus app, ever I have installed. Never let login. Always said invalid data or invalid login even on reset password.
WORST EVER APP AND SERVICE OF THE WORLD, PATHETIC TAREEEEEEN SERVICE. No order real time, no order confirmation, not via message call or email, and there is no order in more than 1 hour, my children slept without eating, waiting food for more than 1 hour and not a single person called or message me. don't know where the order is. WORST EVER EXPERIENCE IN WHOLE WORLD
atleast the app should have been able to show the menu. it stuck at the beginning
It is utterly amazing how bad this thing is. Firstly, placing an order requires patience, as the menus take an unbelievable amount of time to load. But, after getting through it, you place the order and wait. That is, wait for Optp to call you for confirmation for your order. This is now a thing of the past apparently, because they don't deem it important anymore. When I used the app, my order was sent to Karachi for some reason, despite my having checked every entry in this nightmare of an app, in terms of being user friendly. The optp service is even worse, if you call them, because they keep you waiting for no reason, and they don't take responsibility for anything. Calling to place your order is the same, but that's not the purpose of this forum. Basically, you're better off going to place orders in person or just order from somewhere else, because these people are entirely unprofessional and uninterested.
