Never works!!!!!!!! Seemed to work once in the beginning but after ordering it and getting the confirmation the order just magically disappeared from their system. Since then it just comes up with a screen that says they are having technical difficulties try again later but it never changes been this way for months.

Incredible Fail - when you try to log in it just takes you to a web page that has 'expired'. Complete waste of time. I tried both firefox and chrome. Why doesn't google allow a zero star rating? This app is the only way to upload a form electronically - not supported on desktop. I would call this an epic fail.

Information is great, ordering not so much! I've tried ordering the same prescription 3 different times (3 different months) through the app, and not once has it been processed correctly. I always get a call from them to straighten it out, but man it's a pain. I missed a dose due to the "system being down" according to the customer service rep. I'd ordered through the app almost a week before getting the call that the order had not been processed. Needs improvement!!!

The mobile app has many bugs. Obviously it wasn't beta tested. For example: The screen goes white after signing in. VIEW ORDER function keeps clocking/searching. AND it keeps crashing. I have uninstalled/ installed twice. No luck so i just uninstalled it. I will be using my laptop for this Rx. Sad because the cellphone is so convenient.

Account requires storing a card, not one time use. Not providing ability to manually enter payment for every charge, is identity theft. Paid off account three times and it still says amount left, so now I've paid 3 times.

the refill button is unresponsive. i click the "continue" button after "request refill" and it does absolutely nothing other than gray out, showing that the issue isnt my screen. it's slow as hell generally but this is pretty ridiculous since i got thenapp exclusively to refill 1 prescription

I installed this app just so I could write a review about this pharmacy. They provide horrible non centric patient care and have deplorable financial practices. We ended up paying them thousands of dollars out of pocket because of a billing system failure on their end that resulted in them not processing a claim until almost a year later after our insurance changed. When we contacted them to try to resolve the issue they were less than helpful and sent the bill to collections within 2 months.

It's a web wrapper, meaning it just loads the website for you. That'd be all well and good except their website is always having problems too. Always get an error while logging in. Then I have to call and wait forever. Luckily their staff has been pleasant on the phone overall but I'm usually frustrated by then.

Refill link keeps exiting the app and taking me to a page that is expired. The app did work long enough for me to confirm my address, add a payment method, answer the questions, then it kicked me out due to an error with confirming payment. I'm not optimistic for a fix anytime soon; it seems developers are taking 3 weeks to respond to any comments here or on the regular OptumRx app.

worthless! put in refill order and it too it, picked the date and submitted . medicine never showed up. tried to look up order tracking and there's all of a sudden no information it's like the order never happened. now im out of meds and havs to wait 5 days to get an order since Briova won't deliver it any sooner. its always hard to get hold of customer service to do order so they recommended using the App. big help that was.

This pharmacy is horrible! App is even worse! Don't change your insurance at anytime while using them, because they will not change it on their end! They will continue to try to bill your old insurance! Then they will tell you that your insurance is not set to be the primary. When it's your only one!! And they refuse to fix it or even offer you help on how to fix it.

Guys, your app fails more than it works. Nobody wants to have to be on the phone to refill for 10 mins to answer questions when they are in a hurry. Please fix ASAP, and give us an option to be texted or emailed when it's time to renew. You called my doctor instead when I didn't answer? Yikes!

Wont let you submit your refill. This broken app makes me really miss cvs specialty pharmacy. That was so simple to refill. I've called to refill multiple times and told them the app doesn't work over a few months now. No change. Still broken 😡😡😡🤬

Don't bother with the app. Every refill I've done required me to call in and subsequently get yelled at by the phone agent to use the app instead. Every order I've done with the app has failed and required a phone call.

The option to place a new order for my prescription disappeared months ago and I have been unable to order my medicine since then, the only options I get both app-side and website-side are to change security options and to view past shipments. I don't know why the section to place orders is gone, but it has prevented me from getting my prescription.

This is how amazingly terrible this app is. If you managed to get it to where you can log-in it tells you that you have to place your order on the website instead. Usually you can't log in and it says to use the customer portal whatever that is. When you go to their website on mobile it prompts you to download the app. This app. Which doesn't work. Optum is one of the worst companies in America.

Both the app and the computer system that call takers use is extraordinarily slow and full of bugs. It shouldn't take half an hour to do a standard refill. This is ridiculous. Fix your system, Optum. Your patients and employees will be much happier.
