Useless app. I have about a dozen meds that I get filled regularly through OptumRx mail order, but the app only shows the 2 meds I got filled through Walgreens last year. The orders page either errors out or says I have zero active orders despite me having 2 active orders that properly show on the web version, so there's really not anything useful I can do on the app.

Worst app I've ever seen. Cannot sign in at all using valid credentials. Called and was informed that the system cannot recognize valid passwords that work fine on the website. They then said they are asking customers to change their strong passwords to weaker ones limited by length and characters so their worthless app can work. Completely unacceptable, uninstalling app.

Update. Problem fixed with update. What good is the fingerprint if it makes me have to log in again every time I use the app. And yes I set it to remember me and use fingerprint each time. it's almost easier to go to website instead.

This is THE worst application ever written. Slow as molasses, faults out, gives inaccurate details and takes hours just to authenticate after it fails a zillion times. Horrible, insecure, non functional and written with the worse possible logic and code.

The whole Optum RX experience be it online or on the phone is terrible. They make it impossible to get your question answered and the amount of stupid security that you have to go through to even get there is Way Beyond any other Health site

I took steps to ensure that a manufacturer's copay assistance card was added to my account; however, the app has no obvious linkage to that card. When I attempted to refill my script, the app showed that I would be charged $100 rather than the $0 (per copay card). I've had to struggle to get a human on the phone for assistance. The app has been a source of frustration for me up to this point.

App is ok. What very annoying is the healthsafe ID as this not sync with related services. It is very annoying. It's better to have different sign in's for their related services instead of changing your password Everytime you log in.

App doesn't work. Every time I try to log in it tells me there's a problem and to try again later. Useless! Deleted and re-installed. Still useless! Doesn't work. Message says there is an issue (I'll say!) And to check back later. Last time I got this message, it went on for weeks - app never worked. Not wasting anymore of my time. Deleting and won't be re-installing! Web site is also not great. Optum doesn't seem to know how to come into the 21st century. May be time to look for new provider!

The old app worked very well, this one may just be different but it is different in a way that is confusing and confounding. Did the IT group do any Beta testing at all with a group representative of your client base. My guess is no. The result is an improvement for someone but not your clients. Seeming fail. Ok details, I logged in because there was a message sent to me about prescription refills. On log in there was no prompt about refills and no idea where to go???

This app gets the job done OK, but is not as easy to use as it could be. Two gripes in particular: 1-When reminding me to reorder it does not show me the date of my last reorder. 2-When reminding me that it is time to reorder X refills, a button is provided to place the reorder, but does not list which meds I am about to process. Pressing the button places all X of them in my cart, and only then can I finally see what the meds are. I can then remove any from the cart before continuing, but I'm very uncomfortable with having to place them in my cart in the first place just to find out what they are!

through usage of this site you find what you need but it could be made simplier as it was before you did your updating. there is nothing wrong with leaving things the way they were. There are more touches with fingers and the mouse necessary with the new menu than before. i know the public is keeping pace with new menus all the time, but sometimes simple is better for everyone young and old.

The app is like the company, inefficient. You place your order via the app and inevitably have to call numerous times to deal with payment bugs, out-of-stocks, and copay issues. If I wanted to call I would. They contact via email, not app. You must utilize 3 forms of contact in a variety of ways to place a single order. Unacceptable. Slow. Not user friendly from start to finish. Other mailorder services are much more user friendly. This starts with the app.

Always having trouble trying to check out when ordering meds ... Guess they were the lowest bidder when my company chose to change mail order med providers. 01/21/22 - App won't let me log-in but I can get in through the web page. These people don't know what they're doing.

Horrible!!!! Useless!!!! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING COMPANY!!! Doesn't give price and then tries to charge you $1,600 for a $35.00 prescription so have to call several times and get put on hold for long periods of time to get straightened out. Company also charges my account more then once for same refill so watch your bank account. Then back on the phone again on hold to get that straightened out. Complete p.i.a!!!! If my insurance didn't force this on me I would not use them.
