APP not working. Have de-installed , but cannot re-install app as phone says still installed - please advise
Unable to enter pin because the boxes are not displayed on login screen. I've had this issue for mobths. The only workaround is to uninstall and install again but then the problem returns.
Not happy as every time there is an update with this app you can't make a payment as you keep on getting a message saying page unavailable or your payment has been unsuccessful so because of this I'll probably a late payment fee added to my account. Please Opus sort this out as its causes folk alot of stress & worry
Have downloaded this numerous occasions and just keeps saying system not working try later
payment system a farce . 12.00 late fee added 3 cards declined. all have funds available i may add !!! tried to call to pay twice via customer services.1st time 1 hour on hold. 2nd time 1 hour 50 mins . disgraceful and a large chunk of my morning wasted to have to start the whole process again and have the cheek to have late fees added constantly
The fingerprint login is a bit intermittent, I can access my card details and balance without using my fingerprint or password. I like the fact I can now store my payment card details (you obviously listen to customer feedback!) which makes it so much easier to manage my account.
It's a great app and it keeps getting better, it's good that you listen to feedback especially the option to save your card details. Keep it up and keep it safe!
Can now get into app (Pin code is accepted after uninstall then reinstall) but I can't read any messages sent to me in the app as of many months. One problem becomes resolved but there's always something not quite right with this app. Moto G5s
What is going on with this app and trying to log in online too?? Just gives an error loading account information?? I've uninstalled and reinstalled but no luck. Also online?? 3 days now. What's going on?
Excellent and very easy to use and I can keep eyes on my spending and making a payment. Good Application.
easy app to understand and navigate, only thing is, i pay requested payments before due dates yet they never show as pending or paid once paid the requested amount should be shown as zero, Banks/Debit cards never authorize payments if funds are not available.
app does not let you pay your payments, keeps saying web page unavailable, now have to phone up to make your monthly payment if no DD set up which is a little inconvenient!
Bit clunky. Transactions in this day and age should be instant - no reason for balances not to be instantly updated.
Works great. So easy to make a payment via the app, track your balance & your transactions :)

good easy to use and like it more now that I don't have to keep entering my bank debit card details when making my monthly payment online
works well, handy for payments but they could do with moving the AMEND PAYMENT button as I often press it by mistake.
The app is ok but when you pay the monthly amount it doesn't say amount paid it still says payment due on said date
Not very successful, tried to pay this 3 times yesterday and by the time I had authorized with bank the app had abandoned the process

After latest update app wouldn't start, removing and reinstalling resolved the problem though it was a struggle to remember all the login details as normally I use a fingerprint. Hope this won't happen with the next update.
