I have issues every single day just to log in! and it takes so much time, i have to be removing the app and installing it up to reseting passwords due to multiple attepts. This app is wack! I like the old school way using the browser. If it was for me i will give them no Stars! 👎🏽

Feels like 2001, not 2021. Unpolished interface that you have to scroll constantly up and down. Tons of sub-menus that you need to get in and out of. Infinite amount of useless information that makes everything overloaded with content. Don't plug your phone in your car because it logs you out and gives you a http error 404, you then need to restart the app. Don't unplug from your car once you logged back in because again..error 404. I'm no programming wizard but I could do better with one hand.

This app does what it's supposed to. One major problem though. If it is running in the background it will constantly switch apps back to this. If I'm looking at my area maps on another app I constantly have to switch back to the other app because this keeps switching me back to it. Terrible. If I wasn't required by work to use this I would uninstall immediately.

UPDATE: the previous issue was resolved after an update but now I have a new issue. if the app has been open longer than a half an hour on my phone and I try to scroll through a work order then try and tap on anyting it's snaps back up to the top of the work order. This makes it impossible to open up a trouble call history or 2 highlight an address to open up in maps

Trash app, forced to use it for work but doesn't work worth a damn freezes up, won't allow messages to be sent keeps closing the key board, beating your head against a brick wall accomplishes more than this app

Drastic drain on the battery. Amazing how many 1 stars yet companies choose to use. Almost a year later and still more 1 stars than 5 stars. Doesnt make sense that nothing has improved.

Doesn't load messages. Won't search contacts. Will give me a notification every time I open the app that I have an unread message but it would be from days ago because messages won't load. If im in a hurry and need someone to transfer me inventory, it will time out before I can get the message open, if it will show up in my inbox at all.

App has been constantly crashing and freezing on my Samsung A40 phone. Deleting cache and force shutdown of the app does not help at all. I'm having to restart my phone and uninstall and install the app from time to time. So annoying.

Slow! Always having to login even when the app is running. Paste from clip board does not work. Useless when out of cell service. Going back to web version runs better!

Still more 1 stars than 5. And yes we know you are very sorry for our inconvenience. Best suggestion would be fix the app

* Freeze all the time * Take too long to load data * Auto- close randomly * Less responsive * Doesn't remember the login details * After every update it is getting worse. Life will be much easier if development team make it smooth and responsive.

Log in, log in, log in. All the time I have to login. Some place with low or not signal to log in again. We delete Cookies, cache, data and work without login too many times for short time. And don't show any map with route.

Terrible. Constantly freezing on Samsung A40. Seems to be happening more following a recent upgrade. Constantly having to force stop or uninstall completely. Absolute rubbish

New version so full of bloat it is non functional maybe release a beta version or have a lite version i dont need a print queue on my phone. Backend comms seems even slower than bedore and collaboration is now unuseable.

Worked great until 4 pm today. Now it constantly crashes. Have to clear cache and data in order to log in again. Works for 10 mins, if I'm lucky, just to start all over again

How hard can it be to create an app that bloody works properly, crashes everytime I try to reopen the app, re-installed it 10 times in last 1 week to get it going for the day, Oracle you need a new team of developers i believe.

Horrible app to use now its constantly restarting my phone, I Uninstalled and the rebooting stopped, also having to delete data every single day otherwise I can't capture signatures, this app really needs work

Ever since Android 11 upgrade on my Samsung A715G, the app stops working from time to time and I have to restart it. Not sure what's happened.

This application is highly unresponsive.Forget plugins , OFSC's native forms also takes too long to display the data even with high end mobile phones . Disappointed!!

This app is the worst and unfortunately I have to use it every single day. It drains the battery down to nothing before noon and CONSTANTLY requires you to log in. Complete garbage.

Doesn't play well with Samsung A51. Have to continually Uninstall and reinstall the app or it will show the retry screen and the retry button does nothing.

It is showing me as unavailable all the time while it is not case and I can't change it. Hence cannot use the app to get jobs and accept it.

too many updates more crashes than I'd like and things constantly change on it although to be honest that last one could be due to the company I work for that uses it

Constantly having to log in between tasks. If the ap is run in the background for any length of time, it logs me out.

Terrible app. I have to uninstall and install everyday, or it wont work. Its a shame as i need it for work. Not happy.
