Waste of time, my company asked me to use this, takes forever to login, milage claimes submitted in the app, but were rejected. No notifications. Milage tracker does not work (6hrs 0 miles recorded), only good point is that it remembers your last project code selection which speeds things up a bit. But when you find your claim has been sitting unsubmitted for 15 days and you need to wait another month to get you money back, do you really care? Utter Rubbish.
Cannot take pictures without the app crashing. Oracle's app is completely worthless.
Absolutely shocking. Very slow, constantly crashing or not working properly, won't let me submit my claims. No info on how to contact on app which would be helpful. Send an email and nobody replies. Awful app
There is no place to put a description for receipts after the latest February update
An unfortunate UI. Worst usability. Except for corporate pressure, wouldn't have continued using this. Clunky, counterintuitive and worst UI. I have seen University projects that are far superior to this.
This app is pitiful. I cannot help wondering how an app this poorly designed and with so many deficiencies makes it past design stage, let alone UAT. Those involved/responsible for Oracle Fusion Expenses should take a quick look at Concur. Concur isn't the greatest app in history, but: 1) it works; and 2) it gets the job done fairly efficiently and intuitively. Oracle Fusion Expenses does neither.
Would've given zero stars if I could. Totally useless app on android. My work has moved to iexpenses for claiming petty cash, took FOREVER to submit a claim. I'll have to use the work desktop in future, which isn't great but better than this. I can't waste 2 hours of my life when I submit future claims. Bring back pen and paper, took under 5 mins then!
Doesn't work with android 10 and gesture navigation. Infact it doesn't show buttons on the very first screen. Unfortunately my payroll team will have to do everything manually as this app is broken.
Crashed whilst trying to take a photo of an invoice. This is my first 15mins using the app, so I am looking forward to many more bugs to come.
On android 9, galaxy note 10+, EBS 12.1.3 App works fine for how it was designed, no trouble submitting report and receipts to iexpenses. Would like to be able to work on a report in both the app and online, right now you can only create new reports from the app and submit or sync to iExp for finishing there. Wish I could do a report online and be able to take pics of the receipts for certain lines, if it can do this I haven't figured how
There is a word for this app. Shonky. It is shockingly bad. I struggled for 2 days to submit my expenses through this app and gave up and uninstalled it. I now use the web portal on my desktop (which isn't exactly brilliant either).
poor user documents. the app does not let me update the server name. My company recently changed server names and now i can not submit my expense report. Also, it takes forever to load and sync.
Only Showing credit card lines and not able to pull already saved expense reports. App is not properly syncing with Fusion expenses and showing already paid one month old corporate credit card entry as unpaid. Totally useless app
Please be aware that this app is NOT compatible with Android 8.1. Per Oracle Development for providing a fix: "This is a narrow use case. It will take some time." It took Oracle Development almost a month to admit that it was a problem and didn't work on Android 8.1.
This app needs a lot of work. As is it is not user friendly or intuitive. Takes far longer to enter expenses with the app than with the expense report tool.
Company just switched to this. Apple users have no problems. Oracle completely fails Android. do not bother. 2 hours wasted on App. just have to go through computer. Terrible product.
In case of multiple exp responsibilities, templates from all expense responsibilities are not listed. Hence, it is impossible to create expense reports. Also, different iexp template is displayed rather than one in assigned iexp user responsibility, weird behavior
Worked for a while but now crashed and is unusable for past ~1 yr. Oracle's work around is to not use it until Oct 2021 release. Reinforces experience with Oracle - good database, poor usability/user experience. Use 3rd party front ends not Oracle apps
What's with the shady permissions? Why do you need permission to email guests without owner knowing? Why the ability to download files without being prompted?
Simple interface and easy to use. Makes my life easy to claim expenses on time.
Completely useless. Camera doesn't even work to take pictures of receipts.
Useless. All I get is a circle going round and round saying "login successful" (not) !!. From reviews, it appears anything from Android 10 up has an issue. Got no option as this is what my employer has gone for....Does Oracle check the reviews????

Very slow login. It takes ages to login and sync.
Really slow and takes hours to log in. Also not very user friendly.
After latest update (6.1), the app is crashing while syncing lookup values. This is happening on all android devices. Please can this be looked into?
