If you go to labor control, you can't see anything. Tab is completely empty. Emailed them but not fixed yet. Followed their directions to clear cache, clear everything, uninstall and installed back still nothing. Emailed them twice still no response.
Keep getting a message that says "Cannot connect to server". But I can see total sales for all of my restaurants but it won't let me drill down or see any other metrics (labor, Check detail, etc.). I'm being told it's my phone (Samsung Galaxy 9+). Update! After clearing my Stored Data & Cache it now works perfectly! Thanks Lutz Kreckler for your help!
In the last few months the app has failed to work. Everytime I go in and try to access information, its throws out an errors that the device/ app has no connectivity which is ridiculous as everything else is working with my connectivity in my device. Supoort has yet to get back to me to fix!
App does not work. Tried uninstalling and reinstalled it, but no luck. Made sure it is up to date. Sometimes it says it cant connect to the server, or it does not work with wifi or now that the stores are not selected. Worked fine till about 3 months ago
When it does work its ok. But as with their in store systems, it doesn't work the majority of the time . Just had to reinstall 3 times still inoperable. Thanks for the feedback but i believe deleting thw whole app and reinstalling should have accomplished that...
How on earth has this app had the same problems for years? It's embarassing! I should be able to do all of the same things on my android phone, as someone with an iPhone can. This app also frequently won't load, kick you out, sign you out. All of the comments that share my experience on here are met with a bot automated response telling the user to update their app -- like we haven't tried that. Don't waste your time with this app, go login on your desktop. This app does not work.
I constantly get logged out due to my language settings being apparently changed. The app is overall very slow as is the whole micros system. Half the time it doesn't calculate labor at all, and when it does calculate labor it's wrong.
I dont like that i can't go to the fullsite on my phone. Cant even google to find there actual website either. The app helps in someways yes. But in others i need to be able to have access from home and not have to go into work to access the full options.
When it works its good. Just came off 8 days of nothing. Its happened many times. And yes it is the latest version. Had to involve level 1 tech, the a level 2 for several days. Nothing to do with latest app download
Use to work sometimes. Update: still not working. Everyone leaving feedback with the same issue. Still no fix. Ridiculous. Yes app is updated and cache has been cleared. Uninstaller and reenstalled app.
Terrible.. never updates to real time.. gets stuck.. tending dots rarely show.. app is fully updated ..and it happens in multiple phone apps in out store at same time.. definitely the app and not not individual phone or users app. As it faults at same time on 5 different peoples phones ..
I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app 3 times and logged in successfully however it will not allow me to access any information. The error message says "could not connect to server". Any suggestions?
Hello! "Red Dragon" we do have the most recent updated version! Yet still, the leading cloud base provider in the world, has opportunities as well! No the update doesn't help Team Oracle! Please inspect for bugs and apply a newer patch! We need this vital information.
Very bogus app do not working. I did logged out and logged back in still same issue than I decide to uninstall the app reinstalling back the app still had a same issue, even my URL address was correct
Glitches, gives and error upon opening every time. I have to hit ok 10x and then click on the store for it to actually load.
It won't pull my numbers. It shows up as no sales. It used to work and then stopped. Fully up to date as far as I can tell. Just takes up space now.
Very limited. Currently the app doesn't allow you run any prior day reports, and product mix reports aren't even an option. Pulse for Aloha is much more usable and user friendly.
App hasn't worked in a year or so! It always says server error. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled several times
This app consistently logs me out, and I don't understand why some of the online functions aren't available through the app. Why don't we have the option to view a thorough reading of previous days sales?
Not user friendly. Same as other users and then just gets logged out of account. Nothing changed. Very frustrating day in and day out.
The app works for me fine my only issue is that when viewing past 7 days it's a day off. It displays all the days a day behind what they actually should be. So I have Fridays sales displaying on Thursday.
Cant get complete functionality on my Blackberry Key one , labor functions , nor open checks....* update * A gentleman from Oracle reached out Immediatly , we reinstaled a newer version of app and all functionality it up and running !
Hello, We are using this app in my restaurants but our account keeps disconnected everytime I come back after minimizing. This is very annoying.
Can't connect anymore. Even after uninstall and install. Keeps saing that the app is not on the latest version. Customers also complaining
love being able to see up to date sales but doesn't seem to have full function for android. cant see any employee performance
Repeatedly state my phone is not connected to wifi, or has data service. Can't even login.
I like the app when it works, but it doesn't function properly most of the time. I tried in installing and reinstalling but it still is not functioning. When I open it is gives me 5 server error codes. Can't see any thing except for who is on the time clock. This has been happening for weeks.
