Terrible platform. Most functions are not usable. Constant sync error alerts. I've had to uninstall and reinstall this app more times than I can remember. This app has me looking for new employment.

Worst experience ever. I don't have another option on my company. I had to log in every time I log in over 30 or 40 times every day. On top of that, every time I log in I had to wait for automatically sinc, and on top of that every ltl change I made I had to sincroncing again. This app is add like 2 or 3 hours to my work every day. And showing errors over and over. Worst app ever.

DOA. Does not load, flashes a blue screen and crashes, no help found on Internet, and no troubleshooting steps found, reload, reset, clear cache, and all fail. How can a large company put out such Trash!?

Got to be worst ever app ever. Not worth it's purpose. Jobs that used to take 10 max to close now taking at least 30 minutes. Putting another 2 hours onto my working day. Making the job far harder to do. Uninstalling everyday and reinstalling losses all log in details. Hate this app just not thought out far too many bugs. My tip to any company looking at it? Look else where far better ones out there. Everyone of my colleagues also hates it.

I work for a tech company, and I'm surprised they went with this. Used to be able to close calls in minutes, now 30 to 40, worst OS Ive ever had to deal with. Wastes your time and productivity, and one star is generous.

Have to use this after it was implemented at work and it's terrible. I constantly have to uninstal it and reinstall it to get it to work. It crashes at the worst Times.

Just Uninstalled. Constantly resyncs on my Android tablet. The iphone version not much better. This software has caused GREAT distress and loss of productivity in my Service org. We don't have a choice.

Terrible. App is always syncing. Constantly syncing. Can't close calls while it's syncing. It's always syncing. Old calls come back, constantly. Probably a syncing issue.

My company switched to this, it lags, often get a sync error that requires you to Uninstall then reinstall. It's more a pain then a benefit.

Coming from another company with a 30year old ticketing system non app base and its far more superior than Oracle in every aspect. I have no choice in using Oracle but their system has to be far less buggy in the code. By the way 1 star is being generous.
