This new app is extremely slow to load and just spins forever. I also don't like that it doesn't show my account balance after every transaction anymore. It moves very slow from account to account and the location mapping is also not very user friendly and does not show much info. about each ATM/branch location. Please bring back the old app!! This one is useless!

A very basic banking app. It doesn't have anything that looks fancy or modern. That can be a pro or con whichever way you see it. I personally like a better UX design. My main complaint is they need to be able to integrate with TrueBill. Not being able to add this bank account to my TrueBill app is so frustrating when it comes to budgeting. Other than that, I haven't had an issue on iOS or Android.

Honestly, one of the worst banking apps out there. It blows my mind how little this app does. It takes forever to verify my accounts (to link my bill pay) and the prompt windows are so small, I have to guess what options 1, 2, or 3 mean (phone call, text, email, but not necessarily in that order). It's a very basic app that needs a lot of work.

Spoke with customer service for clarification on a previous issue I had from a transfer going the opposite way when set up, so I'm updating my review. Other than the previous 1 time issue I had, this app is pretty much perfect. I ended up having the Credit Union take over my car lease and I love it! Better interest rate and payments are extremely easy via the app.

This app is awful, although I'm beginning to believe it's just the new online banking software as a whole. First day I was able to log on more since then I've only been able to get on once. I tried to use the support button but it doesn't work or respond. updated: 3/6 this last week has been a lot better with the app I've been able to login successfully now though the support button is still unresponsive on my app

there's no Logout button. it doesn't allow you to transfer from one account to the other (my checking to my savings) on the same day. it only gives you a calendar option for two days ahead. same day & the day after are grayed out . it doesn't allow me to transfer money to all my accounts. it won't even show all my active accounts. the other app was only 29 megabytes. this thing is over 80 megabytes. too bulky. I'm afraid is going to start eating up memory space in the background.

HORRIBLE app and banking services. They have completely ruined after so called "digital upgrade " occured earlier this year. Bill pay is now unable to connect with my bank which I was using for years for automatic payments before the upgrade. When I called them and reported this issue, I was told that I will be contacted by CU support team with an answer.. oh well.. that didn't happen.. have zero trust in their ability to manage my banking business, ready to move on with a better solution.

I hate this new app. I wish I had just kept the old one that didn't have any issues. This one takes about 5 mins to load every single time I try to use it. Yes, I've timed it. You can't use the biometrics to log in as it never loads for that. Which, is fine because I don't even care to use that, but the regular log in I have to hit login 4 or 5 times before it will actually go through. Then, it asks for a verification code every other time I log in, so there is additional waiting time. it sucks!

The old app is much better and more fluid. It just looks older in style. This new app has issues with being slow and not properly displaying things/overlapping buttons and text, although it's not all over the place. I would keep the old app installed until this one gets itself together.

I can't log in. I realize the site is busy. I have been trying since Monday and all the app does is buffer. I have Uninstalled and installed. I have excellent internet service at home. I hope this will be addressed soon. My previous experiences have always been simple, fast and easy.

Concerns were only temporarily addressed and the App was revamped to work much better for quicker log-in access which only lasted for a few days. The app is back to its original crawling stage. Attempts to log-in take a very long time to open the app or will fail to open at all. Need to fix this annoyance once again.

It's not user friendly. I constantly have to go through 3 steps in order to log in. It doesn't show "Pending" or any status about the money that I transferred from another bank. The features are very limited, going through one page at a time. Also the "remember me" did not remembered me.

App worked great for me took less than a minute to set up. There is a logout button; and the app does gives you the option to transfer money between accounts immediately. It really isn't that hard. As far as entering your social it's only to verify who you are (security).

New update is horroble. Account detail page has changed. You can't see pending transactions and I want to be able to see the account total after each transaction not just the total current amount. Should never have changed it. Wish I still had the old app.

The staff are respectful and helpful. The mobile banking app is almost great. I am able to use the functions like mobile updates, recurring payments, digital deposit, as well as customizing my accounts but the app loads very slowly when signing in and clicking through the functions.

Terrible. We were forced to install the new app it cut off connections to payer apps such as Venmo and Digit. The new platform is not connecting with these apps and we have to connect manually, which takes 3-4 business days. This is REALLY frustrating. Also, the quick view feature was taken away...NOT PLEASED.

The automatic photo taker for mobile check deposits is complete garbage. It always snaps a blurry photo of the check before it can focus or while I am moving the camera. Please allow manual capture by default. Everything else about the app is great.

poor app the older app works much better, too many issues with this app and the other is seamless. this one has to be manually backed out of & closed, does not show a running balance & one must try to figure it out which is too much! I hate it! now I have to have 2 passwords, in order for this app to log in, you have to make a new password, ugh, truly this is the worst ever, toss it out!! dont do it. interferes with sign onto from PC now too, this app is the worst app ever, had to call CST scv 3x

Good when it works, but routinely breaks preventing you from logging in for days or weeks at a time. You also cannot 'back out' of the app, you have to bring up all apps and close it from there or use the home button to minimize it instead.

if I could rate lower I would. OC credit union is great (Bank employees ROCK,) but the new app SUCKS!!!! I agree with the others that say they wish they had kept the old app. Now all my accounts are listed by numbers and of course I have not memorized all of my account numbers so consequently, I missed several important bills this month. Thanks a lot Orange County Credit Union!

This app is horrible. Why did you change something that worked better. No going to repeat what everyone else is saying about login, bill pay etc. However, the one thing botheribg me is that I cant deposit checks with it like the old one. Reached out to CS and they were not able to help.

Ruined the app. It is so much worse than it used to be. The billpay doesn't show your last payment history and you cannot file paid ebills so they show up as unpaid. Checks via billpay are not reflected in your balance and are greatly delayed. All my bill pay history is also lost. This credit union really is going down hill.

I like the new interface, but the bill pay portion is horrible! Can't view ebills at all. It just shows the minimum payment due and the due date. There is no way to see the total amount due!

Haven't been able to use the app to login for three days already. When I try to sign in it just loads and loads, never actually completing the sign in process. For an app that's supposed to let me check my bank account, not being able to sign in makes this worthless.

The new update done to this app is horrible I have been a member for more then 5 years here. The old mobile app was much much better. I can't see my account break downs or anything like the old app. Please bring back the old mobile banking app or at least change this one to be more user friendly. If anyone would like to reach out and help me to understand this app that would be great as well. I have debated leaving OCCU because of these kinds of changes on the mobile app. It is inconvenient.

Every update gets worse and worse. Have to keep deleting and reinstalling, and even then doesn't always work. Takes multiple tries to get anything to work, including just singing in. It's to the point of wanting to switch banks just so I don't have to deal with this horrible garbage junk app. 6 months later, same issue. Keep getting generic statement from them how they're "working on it." If branch wasn't closest bank to my house, probably wouldn't be with them anymore.

Worst banking app ever made. Save your time & don't install. The app developer is the worst, a few months ago they forced me to install this new "better" app after they stopped supporting their other app that actually worked. With this pos I have to change my password every two log ins because it says authentication failed. I went into the branch and they told me it's a known glitch. Also, this app doesnt allow finger print technology so you cant bypass the password. Horrible app.

The new look for the app is cool and all but lately I've been having delayed login issues. I also miss the quick balance feature where I dont have to login every time just to check my account balance. Please please please fix
