Orange is a user friendly and reliable service provider. Offers competitive and cost effective data and calls packages. Highly recommended.
Intended to use the app to get an e-sim after realizing my roaming is turned off. However in the installation process it seemed that I still need to get a physical sim card. Could not see an option to use the service without it.
This month I recharged 30zloty 2 times. I'm not making calls or texting at the moment, yet my SIM card is not working. I get your message that I do not have enough balance.
I simply can't create account. It is hanging and reset the form. On next day I tired to login on website - it says that account for email already exists. But login doesn't work. Reset password doesn't help. To contact support I need to login - but I can't login. Can't find any other way to contact support. So I feel helpless
esim is fantastic, great speeds and the app is clear and easy to use. also well priced! I recommend

I am giving five stars for Edyta Dygas' helps. The person is awesome and a real problem solver. I have tried to solve my problem with different workers; only the person managed to solve the problem even it takes long time. I was really lucky to communicate with the person. I wish you luck to contact with the person to solve your problems. The company must have known its worker's value. Today, i gave only five starts to the Orange just for the person's help.

The pricing of the "phone as a subscription" are one of the most competitive everywhere - probably the best value in the whole of Poland. You can choose your phone number, which is cool. The UX is just awesome - you get a free SIM card, scan the QR code, take a photo of an ID and a selfie, add payment info, and it works instantly. And, the service is great - with high quality of calls and abnormally fast mobile data, and possibly 5G and RCS. Highly recommend!
very nice it's like a plan that you are in charge of everything you want to do with it! This is the best bang for the bucks, recommended to try and see what you can do.
do not we use it directly in the other european countries? no network in german
To be more specific: it takes so long to launch this app and it crashes itself when another app (like Messenger) is opened when loading. In addition, there's no way to change the displayed name, compared to T-Mobile app which allows it. I'd give less than 1 star if possible
A little confusing at first, but easy to use thereafter
This is the worst company. They have no technical service. They charged me despite my frequent requests for help, telling them that the service was not working. I went in person to a store and online. The only recommendation was to get another sim card. When I did, I had to use a different email address. That card didn't work either. When I texted for help, they never got back to me despite checking for help for two days. I told them I had another account that wasn't working either. No help. Just charged me and refused refund.
The logout happens too often, i have to enter password again and again. Interface is overloaded with useless ads, international calls not working, "Repeat the payment" button is not working, i'm tired of of this app and going to uninstall it. Addition: they very agressively cut off services. I try to pay the next installment, but cannot do it, because my banking app requires SMS code and Orange will not deliver SMS. They are blocking me from the possibility to pay for their 'services'. What kind of "genius" invented this??
Overall good service and app experience. Instant customer support is a breeze. However the pricing could be bit more competitive,more data for less price should make it more better overall.
Good service, fulfill its intent of provide a self service mobile plan. Only downvoting for not allow to buy a social pass when you have the most basic plan. Other than that, it's annoying when I'm transferring data that I always need to type the beneficiary phone number π
working app, although it doesn't work with a connection from the outside of Poland.
When mobing the number something went wrong and it become not usable at all. Support has no way to contact someone form actual technical part of organization, during 24 hours no feedback was even delivered, just "we informed technical side, please wait, not working phone is not serious enough".
quite happy with the service and prices. I would like to have the option to accumulate unused data every month, and get annual data review, than loosing half of unused GB every month and then buy additional data when I really need during my pick activities.
Always shows error
Thanks for giving 100 gb internet package anyway, but there ia something going wrong. I have 100 gb internet valid 6 months and 30 gb valid a month that I take it paying 30 zloty. But my phone consumes 100 gb package and 30 gb data remains there without decreasing. I would like use 30 gb which valid 30 days then when it finishes I can use 100 gb that valid 6 months. It does not make any sense you require me to pay 25-30 zlot every month even though I have 60-70 gb ineternet on my account.
Everything is smooth except brick and mortar Orange stores.
Very bad internet access. It goes worst day by day. I can't watch any live stream, can't play a game because of high ping. My internet expired. I want to login my account. They should send 6 digits. It's already more than 3 days I send request for 6 digits, they didn't respond.
I would put 7 stars if that option exist. Nice, clear, flexible, functioning perfectly, great response from the customer support. What else I can say?! I wish all the service apps in the store can be this sufficient. Much of respect guys, great job β‘π
Worst experience ever. Orange is cool, but Orange Flex is a nightmare. You have to do it all within the app, and the customer support is useless πππ
It is so difficult to use this application as there is no eng version.. I have heard that it that eng lang will be added so i buyed it but so much time already passed and has not been added yet. Really frustrating.
The worst onboarding user experience I had in years. Every step is a complete disaster, starting from the referral splash screen that disappears faster than you can read it. ID confirmation through mojeID returns you back to same screen again, that never ends until you kill the app and open it again. When I got through this poor UX and tried to add a card, not possible to paste card number xD After typing card number, "technical issue occured". Ok I give up, it's not possible to use it at all
