cant install netflix on my machine,and the help email address is unreachable. why am i bothering to stay with Netflix. my machine is Android 8.1 . fix it. or lose my subscription.

OITNB is my favourite show so I was so excited to download it but when I entered the app it was just the blue cloudy screen with OITNB written in the corner

This app is NPTHING like shown in the pics above. Maybe it was like that before but there is NO "Add a Photo" section at all so all it is is a bunch of screenshots from the show with quotes underneath. Save yourself some phone space and just take the screen shots yourself. Stupid false advertising!
The only thing I can get to work is the 'about' section
You can't really do much its just a bunch of photos. Wish you could elaborate on this and make it more interacting
I go to add a photo, and then it says loading, the it just closes the app. I've tried multiple times and it keeps doing the same thing.
This app is 100% BS!!! After downloading this nonsense, I was unable to do anything with it other than uninstall it from my phone. Don't waste your time with this - - - app is not functional whatsoever as of right now.
Horrible! Keeps shutting down. Uninstalling. Please fix for better rating. I'll try again in a few months
Best Show on t.v EVER cause there is no other show like it. The Actresses in this are Perfect with every role they play! Love all the Girls but Crazy Eye's Deserved that Award!
This app is terrible! Only thing is shows is the "help" page. There are no cards or anything to do with this app.
i will give 0 for this app. Been with Netflix for many years and never had problems till now. Nothing but blue screen. Have been trying to reload few times and nothing change but blue screen time to remove that app😧
