This is worst travel company. I frequently use to travel from this bus thinking that it's costly so it'll be very premium bus but the thing is, in half of the price you'll get more luxurious travels for similar journeys. Don't go for it they don't even wait for 5 minutes if you are late once. They won't consider as you already have paid for it so they'll run their buses without taking you from pickup point. They ask to come a little ahead for pick-ups if you late and they won't be waiting.

The worst experience in sleeper class journey, un professional staff in bus, no proper maintaince, last moment changes in pick up points and asking us to travel by auto in midnight, offering cancellation, customer care services is not all acceptable, no one is there to tc of your issues, 11.30 pick up got postponed to 1pm with out any intimation, no prior information, After trying for 100 times customer care suggested travel another pick up point by auto at midnight, not happy giving 1 star also

Hai, I was booked ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad (21.05.2022 , 2.00pm). As per my opinion Orange Travellers busses are very clean and good. But today am very disappointed while seeing seats in the bus. The curtains are not washed for long time. It's just like floor cleaning clothes. And also why travellers are allowing the last seats which are not at all for supporting journey. Am going to compliant in this matter. Don't book the last seats which are not suitable for traveling

Don't book through there app... Horrible app... Cancelled one side and my round trip got cancelled... Paid thru credit card amount got deducted... Booking was not done.. Had to rebook... Worst

I was cancelled the ticket but my money was not refund i was calling the customer service but they are also not provide the confiorm details it's a very bad service. It's been 2 months but no reply.

Worst experience ever, Bus breakdown on the way. No alternate solution by orange bus team. Very unprofessional customer support.

Don't travel by this bus. Worst ever and charges are higher then any other travels.

Worst service ever. No water and the reason for not providing is COVID but sheets and pillow are provided hehe... No WiFi. No TV , reason is wiring problem. Amenities are just a business trick but nothing is for real. Bus had bad odour of bed, sheets and curtains. Nothing is clean.

This rating is for specific service OTT50 with bus number AP28TA8458. I have never expected this type of service from Orange. Bus came 20 min late with worst appearance from outside with broken glass of entry door which is covered with brown tape.Then boarded into bus. Berths are not clean and they dis not clean packing materials of eatables of previous paseengers. Used water bottles are on the berth. Bed sheets are used ones. This type of service for a long route chennai to Hyd is a big concern

Worst experience. Two days ina row. I would suggest if there is any alternative blindly take that.

Mumbai nizambad route bus is very rude. Carrying cargo more than passengers, if we complaint in nizamabad orange office, employees are behaving very rude and cross questioning to passengers. How much fare for ticket, and that is the reason we are carrying laggage.

Pathetic service..never book or board a bus from orange tours and travels coz they are never on time...if there is any emergency or time bound work..never believe the timings/ schedule of Orange tours...coz u will miss them for sure.. Orange travela should value and respect the time of customers...else ur brand is never valued or respected

Bus is supposed to start by 7pm and still has not come n no status update. All nimbers provided are not at all reachable. Very bad service

I wish there were negative ratings. It's saddening to see how an establishment that grew so big became so hollow. Their service and employees are both poor, untrained and inhospitable. For an organisation that runs on customer service, they have truely failed. Here are a few things I can list as absolutely pathetic, timeliness, their driver and cleaner conduct, unhelpful customer service, value for money, the air conditioning, entertainment facilities inside bus that don't work..all ZERO.

App does not open at all. Need to work on it. Earlier version can be rated as 3-4

Worst helpers and cleaners in bus . None of one have respect to talk with customers. Including driver .

Very very bad experience .i am suggesting u not to go with this travels.too much late not proper service. speciallly Hyderabad branch ladki ka pool office is too much bkwas. People behave so rude arrogant. shameless. . orange travel is useless

Not good Pickup van has not stopped even in my pick up point even after I shown hands to stop. Then the pick up van driver gives a missed call and saying i waited and called you and you haven't picked my call. They are playing with passengers. Every time if you book, they send a coupon code for next booking for 10% discount. But all the codes so far they sent has not worked in their own app. It shows invalid code all the time. They are fooling the passengers.

Do not use the app. Instead Use their website or book from travel agent. I booked tickets and paid amount from this app. The money got deducted from my bank and this app shows payment failed. Had to call customer care (they don't know English nor they transfer your call to a English speaking agent , I had to talk in hindi and it was a terrible experience). After 10 minutes of conversation they finally confirmed tickets. The app needs to be polished a lot, need to improve their customer care.

This is a stupid Travel Service. My last 3 tickets booked and confirmed and when I reach boarding point they inform me the bus is cancelled. Didn't even get any info until I reach the boarding point at Suchitra... This literally happened to me 3 consecutive time. Atleast an SMS with the cancellation info would create workable for us. A super duper waste of time and money with this lazy orange travels and people working with them. Super disappointed with your service. Better shut your shop.

I had worst of experience with orange travels. They gave the wrong bus details - bus number etc and when called to check on the status of the bus, they informed that the bus has already left the pick up point and there are no alternatives to reach their main centre in Anandrao circle. The drives have no clue on the buses and do not give proper information. Would not recommend traveling by this travels at all.
